No complaints on the service. But the food is terrible. At least the combination noodle bowl is. The shrimp are those small frozen ones not the usual butterfly cut you get at almost every pho I’ve been to and the meat was stinky. The shrimp was had a bad taste and smell too I think it was sitting out too long. Only pho place I’ve been to that I didn’t like. And I’ve been to a lot. Sad terrible experience way too expensive for the combination noodle bowl for the quality it has. The fish sauce almost tastes like sweet and sour sauce and the eggroll they give you look like frozen ones as well. It was the same ones you get from a dollar scoop restaurant. The are not Vietnamese egg rolls. I can’t speak for the other food but DO NOT get the combo noodle bowl.

1st time ever we have tried the spicy version of traditional noodle soup, it turned out to be a great choice!
The broth is made from beef bones, cooked for hours, made fresh, from scratch, every day, — traditionally how’s done; unlike other pho restaurants using tubes to mix soup.
We ordered the Central Pho Combo, it has this very nice lemon grass zing in it, with just a lively mild spice (you can choose spice levels), and FRESH meat & vegetables, generous portions!
One of the kind authentic noodles, we haven’t seen it anywhere else in Denver or Colorado.

I hate being overly critical but this is possibly worse than Annie Chuns pre packaged pho you can get at king soopers. The noodles were horribly made & the two different broths we ordered were pretty much the same and bland. Service was fast so I do appreciate that & the jalapeños had excellent flavor.

I got Uber eats off this place. I got two pieces of meat in my bowl with a combination noodle bowl. I would advise this place. It’s not even that good but the portions they gave you are tiny. I ordered extra brats and they came in a tiny little tub. Good luck with this place if you decide to order.

Decent standard right near DU’a campus. Ordered the pho with brisket and it was above average in terms of flavor and richness. Portion is just ok for what you pay, but on a cold, cloudy day it hit the spot.

Been here a few times now and they never fail. Fast, delicious, fresh and super friendly. The Veggie and Central Grilled Chicken Pho is amazing. The Vietnamese Egg Rolls are incredible. I can’t pick a better spot on University!

Honestly the food and service is solid, the decor as well. Only thing they’re really missing is some nice music and fresher limes lol also the spicy (central) pho could be spicier in my opinion, but it made me feel better when I was sick.

I come here a lot. Usually I get the Central veggie pho with tofu. Central being the spicy broth. The broth is very tasty and there are lots of veggies. But recently, they’ve changed ownership, I hear, and the quality has noticeably dropped, mostly in portion sizes (shrinkflation?). Mostly, this last time I only got 3 small pieces of tofu. Tofu is the protein. Seems a little cheap. I asked the server about it and he said it’s because there’s veggies in it. But veggies and tofu are a lot cheaper than steak, or even chicken. So I made a little stink 😉 and he gave me a few more pieces. Most people wouldn’t make a deal out of it though, but I don’t mind. Other than that, this is my favorite pho spot. Definitely recommend.

The BEST pho I have had since I was in Vietnam! The hosts were super friendly and my food came out so quickly just like the dining and food experience I had in Asia. Seriously amazing flavoring and good cuts of meat. I loved the golden tofu this place made my day!! I will be back
