Gave the restaurant a third chance and found 2 straight strands of hair in the Lamb Biryani. See photo. I received a refund via DoorDash. I wanted to love this place because I LOVE Indian food. The majority of the lamb was fatty as well.
Updated Review: 3 stars to 2 stars.
Compared to many other Indian restaurants I’ve tried, this one is at the bottom of the list.
Ordered 5/11/2025 & 6/19/2025
First time trying out this restaurant. I ordered the Lamb Biryani, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Vegetarian Samosas. The Lamb was a bit tough and the rice was mostly crumbs. Half of a boiled egg included with a small slice of lemon. Seasoned well and not too spicy. The Chicken Tikka Masala was good, but was given a very small portion of rice. Smaller than what other restaurants serve without having to purchase extra rice. Veg Samosas were extremely salty with hardly any potato filling. I’m used to the samosas being thick and stuffed, but these had a huge air pocket. I may give them another try.

Boneless chicken biryani & chicken samosas
Rice was still crumbly for the biryani. Chicken was tender and overall plate was flavorful. A bit spicy.
$8 for 3 chicken samosas flatter than Miley Cyrus’ backside. Hardly any chicken filling. Heavy with the salt and charred. Please see photo.
Extremely overpriced for the quality of food.
Food was EXCELLENT, service and atmosphere are still working out the kinks of a start-up. As with most Indian restaurants you have to ask for ice in your water, it’s not a service issue , and the AC is generally not exactly southern comfort, but that’s expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful as we’ve come to expect. The food is WELL worth the visit while they work through the growing pains.
We order and eat as a group, so we all got a sample of everything.
⭐⭐⭐⭐Chili Paneer (5 stars) as an appetizer, but would be a great vegetarian meal over rice.
The Garlic and Cheese Naan were AMAZING.
Our Entrees were ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Butter Chicken (we all agreed was the best), with
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Chicken Dum Biryani as a close second (there’s flavors we’ve never had, in dozens of visits to Indian restaurants) . ⭐⭐⭐⭐Chicken Korma was really good, on par to what we’re used to, although mild in spice (as was explained while ordering, they can make it more spicy upon request). ⭐⭐⭐⭐Tandoori Chicken had excellent flavor, but was probably the smallest in portion sizes.
⭐⭐⭐Chicken Malai Kabob was a big portion of large chicken pieces, with a very mild flavor sauce. Not the bold flavors I’d associate with Indian food, but would be great for the picky eaters. The mint sauce that was served with it really add a layer of flavor though.
Shrimp Curry – The coriander flavor can be strong.
Lamb Korma – The curry flavor was the strongest.
Walking in, it’s very small and noisy like an Indian street food vendor. Something you might find an old fourth ward or Ponce city market in Atlanta, maybe even a hole in the wall place along Peachtree industrial Boulevard.
This is a family run establishment. One of the owners kids quickly, hand me a menu and stands by to await my order. He explains that they’ve been there for just about a year. After telling him my order of chicken masala he asks what level of hotness do I want… I asked him how he would do it and he recommended a five.
I placed an order of chicken masala with rice and garlic naan to go.
Not even 15 minutes later, he’s got it bagged up and handing it over to me.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious…. The non-bread cooked traditionally was flowery garlicky and just a little bit of char taste on it.
The masala was not bland or over sweetened, it was rich, creamy, and delicious.
I look forward to my next visit. I am trying some of the vegetarian dishes.
