My order was an hours late, driver did not call when he arrived. Pizza had to be sent back out again and arrived like this ?????? I have been a LOYAL Papa John’s customer for over 12yrs and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. I will never order from this disgusting location again

I ordered a meal online when my meal was delivered the person left my food on the ground outside and did not knock on the door or call or text. I got no notification that my food was delivered and I found it on the ground outside at night. The person left my gate open; which it was closed when they arrived so they should have closed it upon departure. Also, the food is burned and hard to chew. The Papadias have barely any meat or content in it. I’ve had papadias before from different Papa John’s locations and usually they have a good amount of ingredients inside

Realized ordering at night is probably the worst time. Placed an order at 7 and it came at 10:10 but the eta was 8:48-8:58. Also expect your pizza to look like someone threw the box out a window.

I will update this each order and can give you an idea of what to expect.
Regret. I went against my better judgment and decided to buy anyways. Resulted in me getting to enjoy grease-soaked, undercooked, doughy, limp pizza and diarrhea.
Of course I ate some as had already paid for it, but ended up throwing away the remaining half.
*I added a star as the past few times bought here were decent.
Edit: I still didn’t learn my lesson.
Edit 2: Ordered extra cheese, parmesan romano (extra), 3-cheese blend (extra). What did I get? Normal cheese + a sprinkling of the other 2. It is the typical of not worth the time/hassle of having it be corrected, so you just accept it and be disappointed.
Edit 3: Bumped up to 3 stars. A normal experience of nothing being wrong.
Edit 4: Back to 2 stars. Somehow made it a limp noodle and overcooked the crust at the same time. They forgot my cool ranch dipping sauce, which I was highly looking forward to. Called and the manager said he’d credit a free pizza to my account. He did not honor his word.
Edit 5: I’ve since ordered 5 more times: 2 were good, 1 was average, 1 was decent but kinda lacking, 1 was subpar. I bumped rating back up to 3 stars. From the many times I keep coming back, overall it’s relatively good with a decent possibility of being bad. Usually the bad experiences are what’s remembered or commented about, so here to say overall it’s worth getting. This will be my last edit and a good overall for you to make your own decision.
Edit 6: Well, I’m back again from multiple orders. This really will be my last as part of New Year’s resolution is to stop getting fast food ((future me, if I come back to edit again, I am a failure of a person)). After so many orders I’ve came to the realization that if you order a normal pizza, ~70% of the time it will come out normally. If you get cheese in the crust, ~70% of the time it will be floppy. It’s not even worth it as the company watered down the cheese so it doesn’t even taste normal and sometimes can even blend in with the crust, which is cheap too and intentionally made to run through you, filled with sugar, etc. Get Domino’s for actual decent quality ingredients. That’s for the company, the store itself is decent. The drivers were always nice, don’t jip out on tipping them.
TLDR: It’s decent food. Don’t order cheese in the crust as you’ll be disappointed and it’ll be floppy (even at Well Done). Domino’s has better quality ingredients. Tip the drivers.

This is by far the worse papa johns ive been to. Horrible customer service, management is just as bad. You can spend up to 15 mins on hold just to order your pizza, a 2hr wait for your pizza and still receive a burnt overcooked pizza. When i called to complain they knew of the issue and still sent me these pizzas.

I use to order from this place atleast 2 times a month as my kids love pizza. Today we found hair in our pizza. I called the store and told the manager what happened, never asked for a refund, only wanted them to send us a new pizza. Her responses was my 18 minute distance was to far away for them to travel, what? But cool, refund me my money and this place I been patronizing every month for atleast 5 years will no longer get my business. I’m completely disgusted!

Ordered 2 large pizzas, cheeseticks and cookie. The cheesesticks were old and they threw cheese on top! To add insult to injury, they then placed the marinara sauce on top.

I mostly order delivery from the store and my first two expriences were good.The second time my pizza came three hours late.Youll think I would’ve ordered something heavy but i ordered two boxes of pizza and some wings. This time there was an error in the system and the head of papa john’s had to call me and tell me not the store.When i called the store telling them what happened they hit me with a weird attitude and i wasn’t going for that. I’ve already been waiting for my food for an hour and they said i’ll have to wait another hour for it. Honestly don’t know to feel about this store. Fix your customer service and organize this store
