So we were first introduced to D.P. Dough down in Cincinnati by our child who is a freshman there, so we were excited to see one locally. I mean the “specials” are the same at both locations just renamed after the local college. However, while the Bearcat zone was delicious, the Falcon zone was completely inedible. Such a disappointment. And when I called, the guy on the phone was seriously rude, barking out an argumentative “we made what was on the receipt” No Sir, you did not.

USUALLY pretty good about getting your food to you. there has been a handful of times where the food has the wrong side sauce or order entirely. the service on the phone isn’t ever too great, they don’t know how to compensate the wrongdoings of the order. i have also noticed the size of the calzones significantly decrease over the last 2 years. usually a good paying customer, but now looking for other options.

Worst restaurant in town. On multiple occasions ive had them ignore my actual order and just slop together whatever they feel like giving me. Multiple times ive paid to replace my marinara with a different sauce just to still get given marinara. 60+ minute delivery and they dont even read the instructions, i asked them to drop my food off inside of the building and they literally set it outside in the snow. They deserve to shut down honestly, terrible service, terrible restaurant.

The girl with the blue hair was extremely rude to the customers waiting. She yelled at everyone like they were children saying that there was “no reason for the volume and that we could be quiet”. As someone who has worked in customer service for years I can confidently say that in a college town during Halloween weekend there is no reason to yell at a group of adults who weren’t even being that loud. Even the cooks gave looks. I love this establishment but was disappointed by this interaction.

We ordered DP dough at 3 AM and It got here at five, but that is pure perseverance, we fully believed it would not arrive but sure enough it did. We love dp dough!

The only redeeming quality of my order was the Baked Oreos, otherwise this would be a straight 1-star. Calzone and loaded tots were somehow simultaneously dry in parts or soggy with grease. Utterly vile, never again.

I’ve never had a complaint about this place till recently, but I’ve always picked up my food. My car is in the shop right now, and it’s raining and I wanted to order food more my son and I so I ordered delivery. It was supposed to be here an hour ago. I called literslly heard someone answer and put me on hold and the woman who answered was very rude and cut me off mid sentence when I was asking about my order status. She said the delivery person was out with it and it should he here shortly….20 more minutes ago…still nothing. We have to be up very early in th4 morning. I am highly dissatisfied and will NEVER order delivery from here again…I would have gotten my food faster by braving the rain and walking there and back…
