ROACH FOUND ON THE INSIDE OF MY HOT MACCHIATO
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald’s Tomball location that is currently closed down. After consuming 90% of this hot drink, coffee, I discovered a roach sitting right on the lid of my cup as I was pouring out the remains of my coffee.Talking about absolutely disgusting!! I immediately lost my appetite!! To this day, I am disgusted every time I replay this incident.
This is a serious cleanliness issue and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. I am currently being treated for H- Polyri. The manager/owner doesn’t seem to have a care in the world and continue to ignore my emails and calls. Fast food chains are hiring anyone that will work and definitely do not value customer’s health . The trauma from this experience has led me to eating at home. I’m just too afraid to eat out! My children are no longer allowed to ever visit a McDonald’s or any other fast food, uncleaned joint. I judge every soda machine, very precise with any food handling now (PTSD).
I pray one day management will take these matters seriously and addresses the uncleanliness & sanitation problems in their restaurants. Please very mindful when eating at this location as the Tomball location closed down. (Sharing Awareness)

At least in my experience, this specific McDonald’s consistently has the best tasting soda and food. Fries are always hot, crispy and salty, the soda is never flat and always has the right syrup ratio, and the staff are always very nice.

Every time I go to this location it is some form of issue. Difficult in finding an English speaking person, and the ones who do seem to speak their own version of basic English communication . Also magically NEVER have any ice cream related products. Despite the never ending badop ba ba ba radio commercials begging you to come spend you money here. Thank you for wasting my time and money and disappointing my child yet again!

As far as a review of the food or service…. It’s McDonald’s. Nothing worth writing home about here. You basicly have two options either the drive thur, or order via kiosk/app. Unfortunately I have had more orders incorrect or missing items then I have had correct…. once again it’s McDonald’s, where each order is a gamble of a roll of the dice.

I’m am so beside myself at this location the person that answered us on the headset was actually amazing till we got to the window and realized that we ordered the wrong chicken sandwiches and oh boy it was like his world ended because he had to get the manager
We were given a bag and swooshed on our way to realize we were missing 2 happy meals and our sandwiches were spicy NOT what we ordered
At all 3 drive thru window after we were made to pull up to each one was slammed I’m guessing because we wanted what we ordered and not just going to accept what was in the bag the drive thru time was too much for these employees
I will be letting everyone that this is the worst Mc Donald’s around and these small town people working here need to get out in public more due to the fact the have no manners whatsoever
Tonight is going to be my last time ever visiting this location !!!! Still sitting at the third window for 42 minutes now

If I could do a negative review.I would, I went through and picked up an order that I placed online.They told me they didn’t have it.And then they found it, and then they would not give me my happy meal that I ordered for my granddaughter. They made my sandwich wrong instead of giving me the right sandwich.They just took it back in and took off.What didn’t need to be there?And gave me the cold sandwich back. I called to talk to the manager. I got one guy that said he was the manager, which was not I got another lady. That was the manager that did not speak English. And she would not talk to me to give me the district number.. And then she hung up on me not once, but twice. I will not be going back to this location.

Don’t expect to get all your food. Was in a hurry after working 14 hours only to get home and discover they didnt give me my 2 double cheeseburgers but atleast my kid and wife got to eat. Worthless place find somewhere else to go

If you are black do not go to this location the amount of racism I received I was there 45 min before I got my food everybody that came in after me got their food in less than 5 min I asked a worker was my order called he looked me in the face rolled his eyes walked off a Latino male asked about his order the worker have this big goofy smile on his face answer no problem I’m still trying to b nice ask again same response a white lady asked about her order worker smile and go check for her at this point I’m pissed off but tryin to stay calm with my kids with me so I try to ask someone else the same response the worker literally look me n my face and said I will get my food after everybody else if it wasn’t for the white lady noticing how long I was there I would have still been waiting food was cold everything wasn’t in my order it’s so much more that happened but I will never go back to that location

Breakfast sausage egg & cheese bisquit was AWFUL. Yuck sausage was burned and it was NOT up to McDonalds standards at all. That was at 8am Sunday 1/11/2025, drive thru.

can’t expect much from a mcdonald’s but i do expect the bare minimum of not getting berated at the drive thru window. some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. will not be coming back here.
