Been trying to go here through drive thru for nearly a year, but all staff are way more concerned about shoving the tip request (and don’t think it’s optional, it’s a request, some have actually right out said it) in your face before service is complete (Starbucks does this the right way, tip after). I think after months and months of orders, it’s been correct 2-3x if I’m generous. There’s always something wrong or missing, then some staff give attitude asking for the corrections, even when I’ve already tipped 20-30%. I’m definitely about ensuring service workers are tipped, if they’re not rude, incompetent, and/or demanding. Even then, I’ve always done 15%. It’s infuriating to watch people not get tipped who do great work or even just the work with a non-rude, entitled attitude. My boss wouldn’t pay a bonus at the front end of the year before seeing my work quality and attitude. I think it’s time to take my business elsewhere, especially after one reviewer had their items spat in by staff. It would’ve been one star of Caribous quality wasn’t good.

Caribou Coffee Loyalty program has a supposed “glitch” in their loyalty program points and is only giving half of the points earned. After multiple contacts and messages, they are aware but un-loyally, don’t know when it will be fixed! In the meantime …MORE FRAUD IN MINNESOTA…when you know about it and don’t do something about it. Blame it on the frontline employees who know nothing about it!

Switch to even a smaller cream cheese. The cream cheese that you had before this was already small and barely enough. Now it’s so small that I don’t even taste it. It’s like just eating a bagel plain. Price should come down if this is the size you are going to continue to have. Or you should throw two in there or at least ask. Companies try to cut corners and do the bare minimal. I know that this is not the decision of the staff. But seriously, one is enough for one bagel. Wish I could show a picture.

I went through the drive through on Saturday the 22 around 9am and got a ho ho mint mocha ( may i say it was AMAZING ) the store is beautiful and i will add the young woman at the drive through window was SUPER SWEET ! It made my day

Popular here, it is a very nice store with the layout and design. Modern, clean, and makes it feel airy and bright with all the windows and (fake) plants. Outlets below the booth seat is a plus. Team Caribou!

On a below-zero February day like today in Minnesota, it’s terrific to have a Caribou Coffee nearby to grab a Cabin Bar Mocha on the go. Caribou has done a great job crafting this unique, winter flavored that you can get hot or cold. It’s got a nice blend of peanut butter, butterscotch chips, espresso (and you can add an extra shot), chocolate chips, and freshly whipped cream to top it off splendidly.
