The selection of seafood was fresh with varying textures and flavours. Hot and cold vegetable and beef dishes were also quite decent. All kitchen staff coordinated their timing very well during and in between courses and showcased good technical skill throughout the omakase experience. Will definitely recommend.

The restaurant’s round bar setup and exquisite interior design were breathtaking. Though located in Vancouver, the ambiance made us feel like we’d stepped into a high-end restaurant in Japan. The attention to detail in the decor set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.
The menu was wonderfully varied, featuring starters, nigiri, tempura, ramen, and more. What stood out was how the staff showcased the ingredients used in each dish, highlighting their freshness and quality. They also kindly explained the preparation process for each course, which added so much to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
As the meal wrapped up with dessert, the staff made our birthday and anniversary celebration extra special by playing a celebratory song on the flute. It was a touching and unforgettable moment that we’ll cherish forever.

We started having their signature appetizers and chawanmushi. Then, the chef began cutting the fish or meat to serve. The server would explain to us each nigiri/dishes that we were having.
At the end, they served us dessert and matcha ceremonial drink. The ambience was very authentic and elegant. The service was exceptional.
