Standing in line to order food or drinks is absolutely annoying. None of the staff smiled once or acted happy to be there. Food was terrible and way over priced. The nachos use be amazing! Now you get a small helping of chips and lettuce with very little sauce and maybe 3 pieces of small chicken all for 16 bucks, i wont be wasting my time comeing back ever again.

Not impressed. To order food, you need to stand in line at bar whether you want food or just a drink. They don’t take orders at tables. Husband got pork sandwich but it came with no bbq sauce and non available. I got a meatball sandwich on toasted bun but bun wasn’t toasted. No napkins at tables. They are around but shared so you have to get up and get one. If this is the direction of restaurants today, time to get rid of the tipping.

Beware if you get wings, at least the boneless ones. The sauces come on the side. That’s fine, BUT! The sauces come cold. I’m fine with sauces on the side, but why have the sauces cold??

Staff was good, but the food was very subpar. Nachos were melted on top cold on bottom making it hard to scoop and eat. The 20 wings plate was cold. Fries were good, although no ketchup was giving. Burger was alright even with it being incorrect. Aswell as things requested being missing. Again no ketchup. This would have been more acceptable if the order was spoken in there EXTREMELY loud area. But for the burger it was a build your own burger which they have you fill out a card for it where I specifically requested ketchup. People were taking up tables that weren’t even eating or drinking, forcing us to then find seating someplace else in the casino in a hallway. Overall very poor experiance.

54 minutes to get an order of wings and waffle fries. Inexcusable. When four guys from the same group walk up together and three of the four get their food in the first 20 minutes – we have a problem. Will not be going back there anytime soon

Waited forever for food, quality was ok for our order, friends that ordered directly behind us got their food 23 minutes after ours and theirs was ice cold. Poor service poor set up and poor quality. Definitely do not recommend. Very very bad service for a place you have to pre-leave a tip to. And no follow up service.

You cannot get service as bad as this place,!!!! they could not get an order correct to save their lives!! And most of their menu is all pre-cooked and their wraps are pulled out of a refrigerator pre-made, and they still can’t get the order correct, we have to cancel order that they didn’t even start to get our money back I feel sorry for anybody that goes into this place
