My GF and I went inside to order last night. We were standing in line and I here her say rather loudly, “Oh hell no, lets go, I just saw a mouse.” I don’t know what else to say besides please clean your restaurant. there were several people inside at the time making noise. The fact there’s a mouse running around with that many people around and in the open lighted area leads me to believe they have a much larger issue there. which is why we choose to leave and go eat somewhere else. Subway, Clean you store please.

I stopped here today to get a sub on the way to work but left without food. The girl making the sandwiches just looked dirty. I don’t want pimple patches on someone making my food. That’s not work attire. Take those off before starting a shift. Gross. She also recently dyed her hair blue. Her whole neck ears were blue.
Just made the place feel very not clean. Two employees working but line wasn’t going anywhere fast. Between show service. Like moving sloth pace and the employee appearing dirty i decide I didn’t need subway today.

I placed my delivery order through my subway app. I reviewed it 3 times. Made a couple changes and reviewed it a 4th time. It wasn’t until I placed and paid for the order that I noticed the app changed the subway location and it showed that DoorDash was delivering my order so therefore I paid $7.55 DoorDash fees including my tip I chose… (which I am glad I paid a tip because the DoorDash delivery guy was very courteous and told me it was his first night…he should get 5 stars!!)

Moving on….i met him at my front door and noticed right away that he didn’t have my bottle of sprite I ordered and paid for. We discussed that and he said I should call DoorDash and Subway to see what can be done. I asked him if he could just go back and get it but he said he could not! He also could not tell me the DoorDash phone number. I took my sandwich and two cookies and thanked him for the delivery.

This is where it gets worse….I called the Subway restaurant that I ordered from and spoke to the same guy who I had already spoke with when I confirmed my online order to make sure that I got the right order because the app changed the location of the store from where I thought I was ordering from. He verified everything and he said that there was nothing he could do to help me with a DoorDash phone number. He said they don’t have the number. And he can’t deliver the sprite.

So I googled the DoorDash number and talked to this very nice lady who informed me that subway absolutely has the number because they have to call us to come and pick up the order so that it gets delivered! I said well that’s what I thought.

So I called subway back and the subway guy lied to me about not having the DoorDash number and I said well tell me whose fault is it? Did the DoorDash guy forget to pick it up?
He then states oh well when I was talking to you earlier when you were verifying your online order with me…the DoorDash guy was there to pick up your order and I just forgot to give him your sprite! I said oh well then it’s your fault that I don’t have my sprite to go with my meal! I said so I suggest you get in your little car and bring me my sprite so I can enjoy it with my meal and he said I’m sorry I can’t leave and I said well you have to rectify this! I don’t care who you send but I’d like to have my bottle of Sprite please! He said well you’ll have to call DoorDash and I said fine…this is so messed up.

So at that point, I called DoorDash for a second time and I got this nice lady, who answered my call and I explained the situation to her and she confirmed that yes they absolutely have the phone number and they’re supposed to be giving it out to customers if they ask for it. I explained how I just had surgery on my hand, and that I had taken Percocet and couldn’t drive and take the chance of driving on a class three or four medication. What if I got in a car accident? She said she absolutely understood. So she transferred me to a different department. If you will please tell them the story and they can help you with that and will get it re-delivered for free. I said thank you!

I’m talking to the guy and he listens to the whole story and then states he has to send me to a different department if that’s OK hold the line please…so another person answers, and I start telling her the story which will be the third time I was repeating that story, and all of a sudden it goes into an auto record message saying please answer the questions in our survey. We appreciate you taking the time….she didn’t even hear the whole story and she just flipped me into the survey thing. So I hung up and called DoorDash AGAIN. Went through the whole story for the fourth time and they transferred me to the correct department. I repeated the story a fifth time and he said OK let me put you on hold and I’ll call the location and have them bring you a bottle of sprite delivered free of charge no delivery fee…I said well thank you seeing I already paid for it. So I started eating my sandwich and noticed subway forgot to put spinach on it!! Ugggh…I’m done!!

I went there to get a sub for my grandma. I had to stand in line literally for 15 minutes so that one lady can get a personal pizza specially made for her friend that works there. Jennifer is her name. She had this lady in there she was taking her time they were friends trying to play it off Then they get to the register she act like she doesn’t know how to ring this pizza. Jennifer doesn’t and her little Employee then when I asked nicely, was anybody gonna help anyone else besides The woman that she was making a pizza for that she screams at the top of her lungs get out of my store, so I’ll be calling corporate in the morning Don’t eat the other places filthy inside. They need to clean that place up also she never had any gloves on and I know for a fact, my boyfriend works at a subway and you’re supposed to have gloves on when you make a sandwich at all times

Absolutely terrible food. Placed a mobile order and asked for it to be toasted and have extra sauce. There was barely any sauce, the bread wasn’t toasted and even the meat was cold. My girlfriend didn’t even get mayo on her sandwich and her meat was cold as well even tho the bread was toasted. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone even if they are the only one that takes coupons in my area. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Don’t order from the app! Placed an order this afternoon, went to pick it up once the app said it was ready; somehow they never got the order. Yet I was still charged. So I’m out my money & never received my order cuz the guy in there had no idea how but it “Just happened sometimes” that’s literally all he could say. Ridiculous.and yes it was to this location 6200 N 2nd Street

Been coming here for over 15 yrs and now “new management” advises it cashiers to ring up DIFFERENT SUBS than you order to charge you more. When you notice it before exiting the store they refuse to rectify it saying its already sold. Its sad to see a favorite local place that i have been going to since studying in middle school, fall to such sham practices.
