So I was let down and not sure if I would go back… it was good food not the best….the service was non existent.
I thought going after seing the commercials and all the fancy things behind it… well its fast food like here is your buzzer go sit down kind of thing …. was weird and wasn’t expecting that.
Wish I knew bc for the 2 of us that went we spent 50$ i would of went to olive garden and had a sit down for a little more haha!!!
But I’m not 100% disappointed wasn’t bad food. But wasn’t what we were expecting and I had been wanting to try panara for 4 months…. so yes the let down is there a little

I used the kiosk to place my order. I was still greeted by the employee that was up front. I ordered the Oatmeal with Apples and Pecans. It was warm and delicious. I also got a blueberry Muffin. It had lots of blueberries inside was very fresh and also very tasty. Lastly I ordered an Ameicano. I added almond milk and vanilla syrup to mine and it was great.

We went in because of cravings for soup and their new bagels! Not too impressed though, our bread was too toasty ( hard to bite into). Soup was delicious and prices we think are reasonable. Customer service…I don’t know. Not much interaction with them. They were too busy talking about their lives.

Yes, I’m reviewing Panera bread! I have been up and down with this chain over the years. I still miss my BBQ Chopped Chicken salad, LOL. Overall, this location has the service, cleanliness, and food down! Everything was very good and I actually went a couple times while I was in town. Keep it up Panera!

The food is always great at Panera. There were six of us in for lunch, and our order was promptly taken and all came out quickly and correctly. The dining room was clean.

Super friendly staff, always nice and clean with plenty of parking and seating. I love trying the new items they come out with, and you can get some really great deals if you download the app and sign up for the SIP Club. I love my drinks and I enjoy having a place to go to where I can always rely on a friendly smile and a clean self-service drink station to grab whatever drink I’m in the mood for that day. Definitely check them out!

Im pretty disappointed to be honest. I ordered a bowl of soup not a cup, and was still charged for a bowl, not only that but it wasn’t even filled all the way! AND it was cold by the time I got home! which literally only a 6 or 7 min drive from the restaurant! Also I ordered a flat bread and that was cold as well!. We spent close to $70 on our dinner and should really only have been $30 something with the way everything was done. Its a shame too because everything here is normally a 5 star rating when my family. This time I unfortunately had to give the food a 2.

I’ve always enjoyed Panera. I went here during opening hours. They were a little disorganized. Couldn’t locate napkins or knives, etc. Their selection of bagels is very small. Einstein Bagels has a much larger selection. And their automatic bagel slicer is a joke. Cut 1/4 inch off the top of the bagel instead of slicing it through the middle.

Not a fan of homeless people camped outside with their dogs barking at you while you’re entering the store.

Update. Gave it a try again… what a disappointment. See photo of a “bagel they sold me that is barely thicker than the butter knife it is next to. What a disappointment this place is.

Was there around 9:40am today with my daughter and granddaughter. The only other customers inside were three gentlemen sitting together. Placed our order through the kiosk. Paid to have bacon added to one sandwich at $2.29 extra and the other sandwich came with bacon and paid to have avocado added at $1.99 extra. Also ordered a bagel and cream cheese, 2 coffees and a milk. As has become the norm at so many fast food and basically self service establishments, I was prompted to leave a tip before finalizing the transaction. As I have been weak in the past and did leave a tip only to be burned by not getting what I ordered or dealing with rude employees, I did not leave a tip this time. Tips should only come after the food has been received. With that said, the hazelnut coffee, which is the main reason I go there, was lukewarm and seemed watered down. When I went to get the food, as they no longer bring to the tables, I had to make several trips as there were three plates and the drinks. Not fond of leaving exposed food on a counter where others are picking up from and generally walking by. At least it was very empty today. The sandwich that came with bacon had none, so had to take it back to be added. The sandwich that I paid $2.29 extra to add bacon came with only one slice cut in half and it was not crispy. The place did seem clean and the girl who added the bacon to the returned sandwich was very friendly and even reheated the sandwich. The sandwiches did taste good too, but not sure all the other issues or mistakes are worth going out of my way to go back to this particular Panera establishment.

This place has poor customer service, selling items they are out of, realizing later, then charging more for replacements instead of apologizing and making their mistakes free! Expect to pay double the price for the same food elsewhere. 20 dollars for a bowl of soup and bread. The food tastes good, but was not filling and not worth the price they charge. You’d have to spend 40 dollars per person to just get full here. Panera Bread is a rip off. I will no longer go there, the atmosphere feels very arrogant and self entitled. Plus the tables were dirty and it wasn’t busy at all. I think there was only one other customer there, now I know why. They are more interested in serving themselves and taking your money. Don’t go there.
