Fun place with large wine menu and yummy food including glutin free choices on both pizza and pasta.

Pleasantly surprised. Just passing through town. Great food and wine. Good service. Recommend: Diavola pizza, Spaghetti Ravi & Spaghetti alla Carbonara, and the Malbec.

This was our first time to Luna Rossa. We sat on the outside patio, which was a nice vibe with the live music. We ordered a glass of Sangria and also a beer. (No liquor is served at this restaurant) The Sangria was good but definitely not worth the $9 per glass. We also ordered 2 pizzas. One with pepperoni, cheese, and green chile and the other with sausage, cheese, and green chile. These were some of the best pizzas we have had here in Las Cruces. It’s a wood fired pizza, so it’s a thin crust, but it’s so delicious! Service was slacking badly! At
the end of our meal, there were horrible bugs (flying ants maybe?) that made us end our time there shorter than we wanted because they were just invading the whole space. Maybe it was only from the rain ? We will be back for the pizza, though, for sure!

It’s an okay place. We only went there for the ice cream, and it was fine. Pistachio was nutty but lacked flavor, and the mint chocolate was too sweet. Also, we paid $10 for two small, dissapointing scoops. If you’re looking for good ice cream, look somewhere else.

The outside of the building reminded me of some older buildings like the Alamo, which I like. The inside was also very nice. The Gelato was a sensation. That leads me to the best part, the Americana pizza it was very good with an exquisite taste for a good price too. The place fed 3 people for a good price, and none of us could even finish the meal. It was a lot of high quality food for a budget friendly price. The atmosphere and service was very good but nothing special. The food alone gives this place 5 stars, immaculate.

The margarita pizza was excellent! Wine averages $9 a cup, nothing to write home about. Panini was a bit thick for my liking and decent flavor. Gelato was yummy. Bruschetta helps us over until the food got there. The service was excellent When we come back it will likely be for pizza and gelato.

We have been previously been with our dog in the patio for calzones. Great for that. However if you are wanting a nice romantic dinner- this is not the place for you. Ordered a bruschetta and 2 rislings and then a calzone and a shrimp pasta dish. The shrimp
Pasta was a quartered bell pepper with shrimp In no sauce. Asked for a refund and still
Paid $30 for a sucky risling and a bruschetta with no oil Save your money. Not worth it.

Probably the best pizza in the area. I saw some reviewer complain about the prices but I feel that the prices are fair. The salad and caprese mozzarella were ok, nothing exceptional but Las Cruces is in the middle of nowhere and i think the city is lucky to have this place here.

Great place to stop on our way through Las Cruces. This was our second time and it didn’t disappoint. In addition my wife left her purse and we retrieved it next morning from the cleaning staff. We appreciate good food and honest people.

This place is ok. Not horrible, but not great. The pasta is always very bland. I got the salmon pasta. The salmon was cooked well and flavorful. Not overcooked or dry. The pizza is ok. Wood fired. The wine is horrible! All of it had a very odd pickled or vinegary flavor to it. Overall there are other places in town that I prefer over this one.
