I ordered food to go, and stopped at another fast food place near Taco Bell, upon opening my daughter’s chicken nuggets, I see this (Burnt). I took them back to get new ones, and they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them to make new ones and took their sweet time making them. If you want food like this, go here!

My nacho cheese looked like water my mom had no lettuce on her taco. Fries always taste old. I only had two good experience there which is sad. When I went in today they asked if I needed help twice I ordered a the kiosk because it’s easier but the fact they didn’t look at their system to see sucked. There was also a kid with autism it seemed like. He was such a sweetheart but they were so rude to him it made me so upset I work in optical and you don’t treat people differently for that very disrespectful. I will be going to a different Taco Bell for now on

Food is consistently cold and not fresh, if my order takes more than 10 minutes why is it still cold? Like they make your food and put it in the freezer for 4 mins and then hand it to you. I have gone back so many times and it’s like they just don’t care at all when it comes to the one thing that people are asking for, hot food!!

I went through drive through and ordered 7 crispy beef tacos and 3 softshell tacos along with a steak quesadilla. The order taker asked me if the screen was correct and told him NO, the tacos were listed as chicken, not beef. He said that he corrected it and they were beef even though the screen did not change. He insisted he changed it so I drove through. He was rude. When I got home there were 7 beef tacos but they looked like they were put through a microwave and they did not have any cheese, lettuce, or tomatoes. The cheese was running out the shell. I am very disappointed as this food was for my children and they were so disappointed and cried. I do not recommend this Taco Bell and wish I could get a refund on this order. Please do not patronize this location as I am sure this was revenge motivated because the kid taking the orders did not like me insisting the order be correct.

Every time I order a Crunchwrap or a burrito from this location it’s burnt…. There’s no meat or anything besides lettuce in the Crunchwrap. I’ve given up on going back and asking them to remake anything. I went back once from a burnt Crunchwrap and burritos and he had me look at the remakes to make sure they were made how I liked them. He was very obvious in the fact that he thought it was just me personally that didn’t like how they were. Like they’re supposed to be burnt?They were still burnt lol

Got a solid deal $10 for 4 burritos, and some nacho fries tasted real good. The chairs were all over the place so I fixed them service was good but could have been better.

Waited forever for someone to take our order then when I ordered she made an annoyed face and complained. We got the food and the hash browns looked like they were cooked yesterday and kept under the heat lamp since then. I don’t expect a lot from Taco Bell but this was awful. Very rude manager and very poor food. This Taco Bell is always terrible.

We went through the drive thru. They gave us hot sauce that looked like it came from the trash! I called to speak to the supervisor to provide honest feedback about what we received. He proceeded to be insulting and rude. I know it’s Taco Bell but have some food service standards!
