It’s was great, very busy when we arrived. However they were very accommodating and we were seated right away.food was amazing and the tequila selection was mind blowing.. Great place to unwind and sip on some mezcal.

The food could not have been any better. Applauding the new menu featuring bison short rib. The entré had literally 2 to 3 pounds of meat and it was fork tender. The soups were possibly the highlight of our meal (we had both the pork hatch green chili and the creamy poblano soup, both absolutely delicious), and the homemade pioneer egg rolls will not disappoint.
Our server, Ryan, was very accommodating, as was the host when calling in to make reservations and the call dropped. They didn’t miss a beat.
The price was mid-high but a very good value for the quality of food we received, and more than enough to take home for another hearty snack. If you are on the fence, hop on over. This was truly an A+ culinary treat.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. The salmon is was raw. We talked to the waitress about it and all she could say was that they could warm it up.
I had the Bison burger, you’ll get better burgers at buffalo’s wild wings or any other burger chain. Fries were cold and nothing special.
I spent 100 for two entrees and two drinks. You’ll find tastier and cheaper food elsewhere. Don’t go here. If they weren’t attached to a hotel, they’d never make enough money to stay in business.
If you have the option of this place and eating nothing. Nothing would be better than the food served here.

Had happy hour at the bar and breakfast when we stayed one night at the hotel. Happy hour menu was nice size and the food we ordered was delicious…
The house margaritas were tasty and nicely priced and the highlight of our food was the cactus fries….yum!

I had the most amazing bison short rib here, and it is a can’t miss dish! Kelly took great care of me, and this place is like a home away from home. I cannot wait to be back. I promise that you won’t regret it! The food and drinks are great as well as the service!

We did a large party reservation following our wedding ceremony with a group of 16 and I could not have been more pleased! The GM and banquet coordinators were so helpful! We were able to do a custom dinner menu and bar selections. The wait staff was excellent and attentive and went above and beyond with the table setup, decor and cake service!

My husband and I have driven by Kucu often and decided to give it finally try it. It was great! Our waiter, Mitch, was very welcoming and fun. The food was delicious. My husband had the Philly cheesesteak- we’re from Philly and we thought it was excellent (a more sophisticated taste than what we get in Philly!). I had the bison ribs which were tender and flavorful. We’ll definitely be back!

Bennet was amazing!!!! I love the food and drink here and hh, and the service before has been so so. Mitch and the other men are great, just had a few no greets for a while-20 min one time w the girl bartender..
Came again today bc the hh is outstanding for price and quality and expected to wait. Instead Bennet was sooo attentive, so quick to see me look up from my menu, I even noticed him ringing in orders at the host stand while they don’t have a host to be a host when people walk in. I even asked for his schedule! I have been in the industry for over 20 years and was waiting to give a good review here.
If a tall blonde named Bennet or other men are working you will love it here. The dark haired girl bartender will take a while and be snobbish.
Again I am in the industry and on the same team for your place doing well. If you’re efficient and kind I will tip you well. There is no sex discrimination here on my end..perhaps hers…

The location is very nice and lots of room in the restaurant. The place filled up by 730 and did take a while to get the check. But the bison short rib was the most incredible meat I’ve had very rich and the bison come from a local ranch. The ribs were good not chewy or fall off the bone but good. The cocktail list is a long one.

It took 45 minutes from the moment I placed my order to the moment I received my food. I should add that I ordered scrambled eggs and there were only three tables occupied in the restaurant. This is very disappointing. I don’t want to know what would have happened if there had been more people. An hour, maybe even longer, for scrambled eggs. This must be some kind of joke.
