This is the best location in all of Lake County and I’ve been to them all. Fabulous staff, awesome bubble teas all in a perfect location across from Great America. I stop here before going in to Great America and stop here on my way out. Love you guys!!

I found this place while visiting the area. The place is adorable and fun. I tried several samples of ice cream, yogurt, and fruit drinks and had the hardest time deciding since it was all so good! The employee was sweet. Since it was slow when I visited, we were able to chat about the business and process of making the ice cream. When I’m in the area, I’ll definitely come back out!

The popsicles and Dubai chocolate cup were great, the chocolate in the Dubai chocolate cup was personality too sweet for me and a bit expensive but all in all I’ve liked this place for years and I’m sure the fun flavors would be enjoyable for anyone to find one of their liking.

We loved our experience here. We were fortunate to come after lunch so there was no rush and we took our time trying samples while we figured out what we wanted. Everything was incredible. The ice cream flavors were diverse and distinctive offering a host of new experiences. We ended up getting crepes, ice cream, mangonada, paletas, and an horchata. The staff were amazing and they let us try just about everything. We’re already planning our next visit and look forward to many opportunities to come back and try more of their incredible desserts.

A great place to get your fix of sweet treats. Genesis and the staff were super warm, friendly, and patient! She wanted to make sure we knew all our choices of flavored ice cream, fruits, toppings, and all the sizes they come in. Everything they offer is customizable! We will definitely be back for more!! So glad they took over 🙂

This location is the prefect place to land after a hot day at six flags. From the moment we walked in we were greeted ever so kindly by the staff, and they were very patient with our indecisive minds. in the end we ordered frozen fresas con crema and a yogurt natural con fruta, which were very yummy. We are very pleased with the customer service and will definitely be back 🙂

Horrible customer service!! We went on a Sunday afternoon. My boyfriend and I were trying to pick our flavor for Ice cream, the employee who was taking care of us asked what we wanted. I told her what flavor and she said she didn’t have that one, so we asked to try another flavor to replace it and she kept asking what we wanted. At one point she said in a harsh tone “Do you want Hersheys or not?!” I was so embarrassed by the way she talked to us. Even other customers walked up to us and told us they heard her be rude to us. If I could, I would give them ZERO STARS! I will never go back to this location! I would understand if the shop was packed but there was only 2 people behind us and the other employee was already taking care of one of them. I have worked customer service before and I know exactly how to treat customers and that was not it! Very disappointed.
