Just came here and it was at 9:20 pm. It says on the website that they close at 10 but when i pulled up the doors were locked and a guy shook his head inside with brown hair. He seen me outside and went into the back. Poor customer service

Couldnt figure out why our sandwiches were so heavy, opened them to find at least a pound of banana peppers on each & same with the pickles on mine. So many pickles & banana peppers the bread was soaked & fell apart, had to throw half a sub away & it was so soaked, couldnt eat the other half of either sub

This is the best subway in Pinellas county! Jennifer & Tom are amazing and really take the time to make the perfect sub for you! It’s truly a wonderful experience, never sloppy and every topping is always fresh. I’ve had bad experiences with past subways and was truly impressed. They respectfully and professionally explained that they don’t accept coupons at their location. They shared with me 2 or 3 other locations that do accept coupons. They noticed that my party had coupons in our hands and were able to let me know before ordering. I appreciated knowing this before attempting to use the coupons at the register. The staff was thinking ahead and was on top of things to warn me about their coupon policy. Both staff members were quiet and kept busy attending to customers and the store.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! JUAN WAS SUPER RUDE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE….WALKED IN DIDNT GREET ME OR ANY OTHER GUESTS THAT WALKED IN. THE GIRL WORKING WITH HIM WAS SLUMPED OVER AT A TABLE WHEN I 1ST WALKED IN PROBABLY ON BREAK. BUT NEITHER WERE VERY FRIENDLY. All i can say is WOW! This is the best Subway I have been to in a very long time. The staff was amazing. Very polite and took care of my needs. The food was super fresh and very tasty. I wish I could remember the employee and manager that were on duty that day when I was in because they need recognition for the outstanding service that they provided. I just couldn’t get over how fresh and tasty the food was. I have been to several Subway’s in Pinellas county and this one should be voted number 1 in the county. Great job guys keep up the good work.
