Nice to have a donut shop in the mall! I guess the big excitement for me was finding the elusive French Cruller! Donut shops don’t seem to make that puffy little treat anymore due to the cost of eggs, I suppose.
The quality was so-so, but better than no donuts, am I right? Anyway, you’ve been enlightened of the location, here’s some photos. Viva la French Cruller!

The girl (“Ozan”?) with the green-colored hair was pretty chill and gave off a very positive vibe. Was by the shop for just 2-3 minutes but it was nice to be reminded that cool kind people exist. Easily a little highlight to my day. Thank you.

I was the first to order just wanted a coffee & a donut no one else was in line and the adorable little employee then proceeded to take six more orders that came sporadically behind me.Talking up every customer, which is lovely in theory.And I had to wait fifteen minutes from my one cup of coffee. I get this, isn’t Starbucks, but there’s a better way to do that. So that customers don’t have to stand and stare at you while you have conversations with everybody else in line. I’d skip it next time and just find the nearest starbucks or another coffee place.

I love dunkin but the service here is the worst. Employees are lazy and they seem like they dont prioritize customer satisfaction. I ask the gentleman who works here for less ice coffee and he literally filled the cup with ice. I cannot make this up lol. I ended up just taking the coffee but the I lost the excitement cause of the service. Never coming back

Went last night 10/22/25 the service was just plain bad. I have always gone to this Dunkin and raved about it but it seems customer service has gone downhill. The girl with bangs was just rude and on her phone the entire time. The other girl tried her best to be attentive but never coming back here again

Nice to have donut stand at the food court in the mall and they have app based delivery service too. Delicious donuts with a cup of coffee and little donut munchkins such a treat ☕️☕️

I actually really like the drinks, but the customer service at this specific location could improve. The customer service was better when they first initially opened but as time went by, it started to slack. For example, the young ladies seem to be more focused on chatting amongst themselves, rather than being attentive towards the customer. You feel some sort of animosity, because it feels like you are interrupting their conversation.

It had already taken me a while to review this place but it was necessary.
I have been there several times and this Saturday I went for the same thing I always ask for and I always get the same two ladies working: Jarise and Lariza. Excellent service from both of them and always with a smile, they even make conversation with you, I even feel part of the work group and the coffee is not to be mentioned… they take great care to make it look as good as the image and it tastes delicious!!
Good team and they really know how to do their job.

I don’t know Ron Doe but I was behind him and he behaved rude to the employees when they were attentive, just angry because he didn’t know what he wanted.
The truth is the service provided specifically by Larisa, Jaris and Pilar is exceptional. Always with a smile and they recommend many good drinks.

I really like this Dunkin’, great place for something sweet, I really appreciated Larissa and Jarise, who helped me a lot since I didn’t know what to order, they recommended some good choices that me and my husband really enjoyed! I really wish I could have told them in person but they were quite busy, but overall excelent customer service and very nice workers!
