My new favorite bagel spot in Cedar Park! I was craving a lox bagel and decided to treat myself. I came in around 9 AM on a Wednesday, and it was nice and quiet. There was only one other person there working on their laptop.
Since it was my first time, the man working there offered me free bagel samples and helped me choose the best bagel type for the Austin Lox. He explained that all of their bagels are sourdough, with bagels sourced from Philadelphia and salmon from New York.
I noticed a sign listing their cream cheese flavors and was shocked to see a date flavor. I mentioned I would try it next time and he went to the back and brought me a generous sample that was at least a couple of tablespoons. It was so good.
I also ordered an iced Dubai latte with oat milk. It tasted like an iced mocha, just a bit more bitter and similar to dark chocolate or a French hot chocolate.
I would 100% come back. The staff was so nice, the shop is super cute, and there is plenty of parking in the shopping center.

We’ve been looking for sourdough bagels in the local area and this place was highly recommended. We were warmly greeted and explained the many menu options by Mo. He allowed us to sample some of their specialty cheese creams, each one was uniquely delicious!! All of the bagels we tried (blueberry/jalapeño cheddar/asiago) were fresh, soft, fluffy, and with a perfect crunch on the exterior. We will definitely be back to try more options in the future, this is will be our go-to bagel spot!!

This is a nice and cozy little bagel shop. First of all, I love their bagels. Crisp and tasty. They add enough cream cheese to choke a camel.

The coffee was just okay. Not bad, but nothing to write home to Amon about either. The staff were super friendly. I’d definitely be back!

Not only are the people at Bagel Bear amazing, but the food is fantastic! The turkey avocado was full, tender, and delicious and the mango smoothie was unlike any I’ve tried before; It was creamy and so refreshing. The food and service here are definitely one of a kind and if Bagel Bear is open, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again!

We got to try Bagel Bear for the first time this last Saturday! We came around 8:15 AM and there was already a lot of people waiting. This restaurant is a seat-yourself establishment, with a walk-up counter to order at. There isn’t much description on the sandwiches on their menu board behind the counter, but you can find more info about each on their website, or just ask! The staff is all super friendly and very helpful with any questions. The gentleman behind the counter made sure that our order was all correct, and everything came out great! It took about 15-20 minutes after ordering to receive our food. We asked for cups of water and the water was warm, so I suggest just buying a water bottle if you prefer it cold. The food was all generous portion sizes. The bagels themselves and the bacon were both a bit chewy, but other than that, the food tasted good!

Cedar Park really needed this Bagel place where everything is just perfect! The bagels are delicious specially Eggs and Bacon ones. The coffee also is to the point! The owner is very nice and welcoming and the wall is ready for the best pictures. I highly recommend this place:)
Update: Still our favorite place for breakfast and Lunch!! Austin Lox is my go to lunch now and they carry the bear cup if you are boycotting starbucks like me!! Try Dubai Choc Latte

Came here with my family three times already and we loved every single bite of everything we’ve had here! All of the cream cheeses are so smooth, perfectly balanced in flavor, and so fresh. The bagels are so good that it’s really hard to choose a favorite but we especially love the cheddar jalapeno, za’atar, and everything bagel. The vibe is also great – the owners and the staff are so friendly, gracious, and always welcoming. There is no pret – just great food, great service, and great people.

I can’t rave on how much I love this place. I’ve been back within less than 2 days. Had to take my coworker and friends with me. This Saturday they were repainting the window art and had live music, which brought this place to life. Mo was very inviting the first day I was trying this place out, I had to come back with new people each time!! Thanks for the beautiful spot and bagels!

11 out of 10! NY bagels here in Austin. Fermented overnight, fresh out the oven. Tasted light and airy! Everything perfect from a bagel, and beautiful sandwich options. I stopped mid bagel to post about this, so others can find it. Now back to my sandwich!
