We were heading to Mass Eye and Ear Tues. before last, stopped in to the Stoneham D+D around 9:45, for a quick sandwich and coffee. Service was efficient and received ething in a reasonable time. To the very impatient woman that came in shortly after (spouting off about being late for work) and others like her. Maybe if you planned your time more accordingly, you wouldn’t be blaming others, for your own faults. TREAT OTHERS AS YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED AND THE WORLD…. MIGHT BE A BETTER PLACE.

We like this location. We can order while driving down to Boston (or back) and pick up our drinks just of the highway. They make the latte’s properly which is not true about 30 percent of the time with Dunkin, especially some locations. This is one of the good locations!

Just my hunch. It seems to me employees are swamped at times, maybe because of huge traffic count on street and right off Interstate Route 93. Seemed to lack that owner/manager helping-out-presence that makes a coffee shop work nicely. This is just my inference.

Bacon was burnt, Loaded Chipotle bowl hash browns were burnt and hard to chew. Cashier was rude and didnt take our order correctly. Gave 3 stars in service only because guy came out saw our drinks and wondered what it was because it looked weird and he was kind enough to change it to what we actually ordered.

One worker seems to get distracted easily… The first time I’ve waited for my coffee she claims someone took it. I see her walk over to the coffee area and my cup was half done she scrambled to make it and gave it to me (like I didn’t see what just happened?). But today I came in early I saw her again, made my coffee half way. Customers came in she attended to them, took their order and made their coffee. While I waited still… Finally got my coffee. Two other times i’ve ordered coffee with a donut… just to see the coffee there and have to remind them about the donut. Too long of a wait, not coming back.

I live near this Dunkin and it is just mind blowing that they manage to mess up my order every single time. Not only that, they are slow. At least 3 times already, I would place an online order through the app, arrive 15 minutes later to pick up and the order is not even ready even though the screen says it is. I don’t recommend online order at this place. Also, staff are rude except for the few young high school kids they managed to hire. If you do come here, don’t come with high hopes that it will go smoothly like every other normal Dunkin.

I’ve never felt the need to make a review for a franchise before but after multiple experiences of this place ruining my morning I’ve felt the need. They don’t even look at you when taking your order. Last week I ordered a regular latte, I was handed a decaf, when I said I didn’t order decaf they ripped the sticker off and said it was regular. It most definitely wasn’t. My frozen coffees have consistently just been 80% melted with no cream added. Save yourself the headache and take the extra minute drive to another location.

We asked for a medium iced coffee with caramel swirl and milk and the guy gave us a cup with just caramel swirl and milk and no coffee??? He also gave me oat milk for my coffee and not whole milk like I asked when I have allergies…
