The atmosphere inside was beautiful with bright colored murals on the walls and flowers hanging from the ceiling. My family of 4 was seated immediately for lunch and we had excellent service. Our waitress was attentive and ready to take our order as soon as we had made our selections. The food was good and came out hot and bubbling on our plates with generous portion sizes.

I’ve not had an experience like this in a VERY LONG TIME! I walked in, the greeter asked how many, I responded 1. He asked me if I wanted a booth or table, picked up a menu and silverware and showed me to the booth. I sat for 10 minutes , had three servers and the greeter walk past me and no one said a word sooooooo I left. It was interesting to look at but I have no idea about anything else. They never even offered water. So go at your own discretion, but I won’t be back.

Out of almost all the alcohol for any mixed drink. Over charged for the wine vs menu price (I probably could have said something). Service was good. The calzones are huge!

This was the Milano Restaurant before. It sucked before the name change. Little do you know, when you pay the bill, it is still labelled Milano and not Grappa. The food still sucks and so does the service. Do not waste you money on dining there. They over cook the pasta. The sauce tastes like they added ketchup to it. The bread they come out with was terrible. Just not worth it.

I went here with family a few weeks ago to celebrate my cousin’s birthday and honestly I was really disappointed. The food was okay and kind of mediocre. The service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Our server was a middle aged guy with dark hair, but I don’t remember his name. He was fairly nice, when he was actually at our table. He did not check in much at all and we constantly had to flag him down. And the restaurant was not busy. At one point I saw him sitting down across the restaurant with his eyes closed. He did not even ask my mom if she wanted anything to drink and he was literally standing right beside her. Later on he basically threw the salads on the table. I say threw because some of it spilled out on the table. We asked if it could please be cleaned up and we could get some napkins. He came back and attempted to clean up the mess. Then he sat down some napkins and they had marinara sauce on them! Then the entrees came out way too fast and the table was cramped. The whole experience was kind of frustrating. Thankfully my cousin liked her food okay and they gave her a free dessert. I guess it wasn’t a complete disaster. Haha! I would probably not recommend this place to anyone. It was much better when it had different management and was called Milano’s.

Just a quaint little place. Service was immaculate and friendly. The food came out quick and fresh. Breadsticks were soft and tasty. Also had the Caprese and Spicy pasta grappa! Prices weren’t bad either!

We had a delicious lunch today at Grappa. The food was delicious, the menu is extensive, and the server was attentive and efficient. The portions were generous. What a surprise it was to walk from the outside of an ordinary strip mall into a beautiful restaurant. Can’t wait to go back.
