The brisket sandwich here is amazing. The smoked chicken wings are also very good. Almost always a line on busy ski days, but it moves pretty quickly. It’s expensive ($21 for brisket sandwich with coleslaw) but that’s expected for a ski resort. Not a ton of indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor seating if the weather is nice. They serve beer at the bar too – it’s a good vibe!

Wanted to love it but the BBQ is just so so, ours was greasy, lacked flavor, and the Mac and cheese was about as average as you can get. Granted, we’re on a ski mountain, and would absolutely still go back, but we were unimpressed nonetheless. Extremely limited seating inside.

A great stop for lunch while skiing on the mountain. It is more tucked away at the bottom of the Chicane and Another World runs.
I have only been to two of the restaurants on the mountain. Tombstone Grill and Red Pine Lodge and I definitely prefer Tombstone Grill over Red Pine Lodge. We spent the majority of the week over in the Canyon area.
They’ve got BBQ here and you can also order from their bar as well. Definitely great food to fuel your ski day.
It as a smaller dining area, so make sure you grab a table as soon as you see one open up.

Tombstone is my favorite place to hang out in the nicest part of Park City! The beers are cold and food is always piled high!

This was a great spot for lunch while skiing. BBQ hit the spot, just make sure you use some BBQ sauce as mine was a little dry. Great seasoning though and definitely get the tater tots and corn bread! Both were fantastic. I would come before noon or after 1 as it gets crowded.

This place food is quite good, I’ve never tasted ski slope mid mountain food ever tasting good in any capacity. But this place has the most tender 1/2 chicken bbq dish that was exquisite and not dry like the typical chicken breast. But I would definitely not classified the meals as a two money sign for price $$
We bought 4 meals and a mac n cheese which rang to $100+ that really isnt classified as $$ more like $$$, but I’m not really complaining because it is quite delicious coming from mod mountain ski resort food. Hahaha

If I have to spend $17.95 for lunch at Park City Mountain Resort, it’s definitely gonna be brisket at Tombstone Grill. Brisket sandwich is smokey and super flavorful. Nothing beats late lunching on brisket while waiting for the Tombstone lift lines to thin out

BBQ is ok… Not many options out here when one is on the slopes… Pulled pork and brisket were dry… But slab some BBQ sauce on it, and it’s good…

Some of the best mid mountain food I’ve ever had at a ski resort. Can’t go wrong with the Brisket or the BBQ. I’ll be going here every time I ski Canyons
