I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but after today’s visit, I’ve decided that I won’t be returning. The staff were generally friendly, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the food was extremely disappointing.
The jjamppong looked spicy because of its red color, but the broth tasted very bland and lacked any depth of flavor. The black bean noodles were honestly the worst I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what ingredients are used, but the taste was far from what I expected. In addition, there was a strong spice or seasoning that I don’t normally encounter in Chinese food, which may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to spices.
Since I was dining with my children, we ordered several dishes, including orange chicken, but overall we felt that the quality did not match the price. It left us feeling quite disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes before they took our order, 24 minutes before we got our food, got moved from table to table during the first 30 minutes. They shouldn’t have sat us if they were going to move us, we could have tried korean bbq nearby instead. Wouldn’t have mind waiting if the food was worth waiting for. Ordered eggrolls 1/5 (5 spices used on the cabbage, jack in the box egg rolls taste better than those), sizzling rice soup 3/5, too much pepper was used, but it was the best thing there other than the cans of coke), braised green beans 1/5 – sour from their heavy use of garlic from a jar), salt and pepper calamari 1/5 – super hard and dry, no salt on them, shrimp fried rice 1/5- tasteless, no wok flavor, mushy shrimps (sat in defrosted water).
Disappointing experience to say the least.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant to go to when we have family gatherings or just want some takeout. Friendliest workers, very hard working. It seems to be a family owned, small business, which is a rare thing to find nowadays. Been going since their previous location and wish them the best of luck at this new location.

This place has been around for a while. They have a lunch special which is a very good portion for one and you can easily take home half. I just needed to try the Mongolian beef since I’ve been craving it. Lunch special comes with an egg flower or hot&sour soup, a fried dumpling and rice/fried rice with your entree.
Also to check out the prices since the menu had not been updated in the posts I’ve seen. So here it is. If you want try this place out, food is not bad. Let’s say comfort food when you need it. Prices are updated on the pictures I’m posting. Enjoy

Delicious fresh cooked Chinese food. Owners are very friendly. Great service. Entree portions are larger than normal for family style dining.
