Great service. Staffs were very friendly. The atmosphere is really cozy. It’s really worth it to be here.

I recently went here to meet a client and get some Starbucks. My clients was blatantly discriminated against by the Barista. Never have I experienced what I experienced today. Staff At other locations have always shown patients and courtesy in letting me set up my computer and do what I need to do Before I order. The male staff member showed no patience after my client approached them with a question for service. He immediately got his supervisor that came over and rushed us to order. And then she had the audacity to tell us that on the door it is written that only customers are welcome. I informed her that I would be ordering in just a minute, and she asked me if there’s anything she could get started for me. I gave her my order. When I went to pay for my order and was given my tall caramel macchiato, it was not a caramel macchiato. I have never tasted such a disgusting coffee, and I do believe it was intentional. I will not be returning to the Starbucks and I highly recommend you find another Starbucks as well. I really thought Starbucks was better than discrimination.

This store should not be in business. I just ordered a flat white and a chocolate croissant in the morning before 9am and have not finished my coffee yet right before 10am, the lady doesn’t let me use the restroom by saying “customer only”. Spoke to the manager Kwazar and his attitude is even worse. He said “this is not a day pass”. I visit Starbucks on the daily basis with App on my phone. This is the quality of Starbucks now? This store deserves to be closed! Will report to the corporate.

This Starbucks location at Sequoia Station unfortunately lives up to the reputation it has around the Redwood City workplace community. The coffee is consistently watered down, and the overall experience doesn’t match the standard expected from the brand.

After the closure of the Broadway location — which provided consistently good coffee and reliable service — I gave this store another try, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, the same issues persist years later: chaotic environment, lackluster coffee quality, and an overcrowded space that seems unprepared for the morning rush (there were about 20–25 people crammed in during my visit).

To be fair, the staff are friendly and doing their best, but the location appears understaffed and too small to handle the volume efficiently. It’s disappointing that this location remains open while the far superior Broadway store was closed.

Most of my colleagues, like myself, now prefer Peet’s for a more consistent and satisfying coffee experience.

Not the nicest place. You’re better off heading to the Starbucks at 2227 Broadway if you’re coming in from the train station.

They used to have light seating but cleared it out. The bathrooms are blocked for everybody. There’s a lot of homeless people around and frequent shouting at the train station, there have even been a few thefts around that I’ve experienced from a distance.

In fairness, their coffee is fine, but their location is not.

Starbucks at sequoia station is strictly an order and go location. This kind of Starbucks definitely sucks in the post pandemic era. More so since there is a large place outside of their doors for tables and chairs in the awesome summer weather of Redwood City. Don’t expect to sit inside either as there are none on site. Don’t expect to take a bathroom break here as access is blocked off. While they make your iced coffee drink okay. They also have okay counter only service. But this location is no longer a social connection spot. I recommend other locations for social coffee meetups.

Hi I came into Starbucks on 11/17/19 lala and corney was serving the customers, very rude and mad people, lala was trying to brake the bathroom door on me while I was inside using the bathroom for #2 for about 7 minutes, and when I get out corney started to raise her vioce and yell at me, She was also lying saying I was inside the restroom for over 20 minutes in front of all the customers. I don’t believe people like them should be working at customer service. I had my friend who witnessed all this sitting inside waiting for me.

Says they open at 5am but according to the manager she doesn’t open until 6. At least 30 customers walked away. She sat in her car for at least 15 minutes before 5am.

Terrible customer service, walked in and stood there for more than 5 min, no line and no one helping. I just walked out and took my money elsewhere.
