Love to support black-owned businesses. Great customer service and nice ambiance. Food was not quite what I expected. Turkey ribs and brisket seemed to be over cooked. I returned the brisket for the turkey ribs but was not as flavorful and dry with an unfamiliar taste . My sides that came with the meal I return was given back to me in the same container and cold. No bbq sauce was added as well. Maybe a bad day. Would love to see the growth over time to become greater through feedback. Peace and blessings to you all!

To be perfectly honest, my food from “Meats and More” food was not what I hoped for. The customer service was very nice. I was quite disappointed with the taste and texture of everything except the Collard Greens.
I ordered a (not very) smoked Turkey leg, (super mushy) macaroni and cheese and as previously mentioned Collard
Greens.
I thought the meat would be smoky (bbq texture). Instead it had a hint of smoked flavor and was quite wet like a boiled meat. It wasn’t very well seasoned either. The macaroni had good flavor but was so mushy, I just couldn’t eat it. The greens and cornbread were pretty tasty though.
I don’t like giving poor reviews but more than that, I don’t like wasting money.
Nice service but I didn’t care for this food at all.

Turkey legs are really worth the hype like others have said.. juicy,fall off the bone, delicious. the cornbread had just enough sweetness it gave half cornbread/half cake… would recommend the greens for sure . like I always say try for yourself.

Last night we decided to visit Eats and More, and overall the food was good. However, we experienced a wait of over 45 minutes for our order.
After asking about the delay, we were informed that the restaurant had run out of macaroni and cheese and needed to prepare more. While I understand that things happen in a busy kitchen, the issue was not the delay itself it was the lack of communication during the wait.
No one informed us about the situation ahead of time or offered us the option to choose something else. It would have been helpful if staff had let us know earlier so we could decide whether we wanted to wait or select an alternative item.
Additionally, some gesture during the long wait like offering a complimentary dessert, soft drinks, or another small courtesy would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more considerate.
Again, the food was very good, but better communication and customer service during delays would greatly improve the overall dining experience.

The food was superb, the customer service was on point. I love the atmosphere, the music was R&B, smooth songs. No profanity. The only thing was we were there over an hour, but the young man apologized with a smile, which made us know we will be back. It was Sunday, so I will call in my next order.The staffs are wonderful.

Hit or miss. Definitely a miss today. I was so disappointed it came highly recommended The turkey leg was dry and overcooked. Definitely not cooked today. Macaroni was not creamy had a powdery sauce, very bland. Yams were not sweet and there was too much cinnamon. The greens were the best part of the meal. The restaurant was clean and the service was nice but the food left much to be desired. Too many shortcuts.
