Second visit and all the tables were dirty, except one, one space cleanest to enjoy my food, that was not correct. No one was dining in. I told them about it and was told they clean at 5…wow, just wow, this will be my last visit, my house isn’t dirty why be subjective to their cultural ways.

I’ve been having problems with this location not getting what I asked for on my sub .they have not been doing what they supposed to do.
Now today before I left I asked did they put olives on my sub and the guy said yes we put them on there. I get home no olives on my sub like it’s not much I asked for just what if I put on the description. It keeps happening over and over.
Not just this location another location I paid for avocados still didn’t get it. I don’t know what’s going on with Subway lately but this ain’t right that’s not how you keep customer coming back. For the employee to look me in face and tell me he put the olives on there.
Lies and deceit is not going to get you anywhere God is watching. And if you complain to guest relations they never get back to you. This location need to do better they do not value their customers at all they do not want them to come back cuz it keep happening and I keep complaining. The reason why I come back because it’s affordable plus I’m trying to eat better.

Went in for a sandwich and I’m on a low-fat high fiber. I told them the ingredients that I needed in my sandwich. They took it upon their self to add regular mayonnaise heavy they put cheese inside my sandwich. I told them no that I did not want that in my sandwich because I cannot have it and they said too bad. Gave me my sandwich and told me to leave. Unreal. Terrible people would never suggest anybody eating at that place

Horrible place. Rude staff. Refused to give a refund on a order i placed by mistake on the app to wrong subway locationg. Lady on the phone said “oh well” then called me crazy. Been here multiple times and they are always rude. If you ever want a refund they will claim they simply cant do it. Never go here!!

Found a hair (red in color) in my steak and cheese sandwich. Called and ask to find out what this franchise does in regards to this situation and employees said, they don’t do nothing pretty much in other words throw it away or eat it. How about a refund??? And also asked to talk to the manager or whoever was in charge and no one is in charge of employees, manager is out of town. What a disgrace, disappointment, and loss of customer. Customers watch every bite you eat. Also I don’t have hair so there’s no way I put it in the sandwich. Hairnets maybe a solution. They get their steak pre packed already, whoever prepacks their steak do they use hairnets???? I put up a photo in their site so if in case you need to see it. I hope I get sick from this so I can sue you guys!!!!

Restaurant is clean and just re modeled. Brand new tables chairs and booths. Food was good and best thing is they still accepted our mailer coupons unlike my local store. I hope they continue and I will continue to give them my business

I just left from this subway on houston lake and watson and iam not happy. They sent out coupons to us but would not take them
I asked for manager they said it was family owned. Well maybe they should call it something else not subway. Because when we have a problem there needs to be a manager to help us instead of leaving mad. So subway is ” family owned” iam going to start going to Jersey Mike’s time for a change anyway.
