I’m extremely frustrated after my recent visit here. I ordered a simple coffee, no sugar—yet when it arrived, it was very sweet. I asked the girl who made the coffee, and she insisted it was sweet because of the milk like how dumb can someone be. My brother and dad both tried the coffee, and they agreed it definitely had sugar in it, but she refused to believe us, as if we were all lying about it. When I asked her to remake the coffee, she wouldn’t do it. She just kept insisting that it was “just the milk” and told me to try it again. After arguing for a bit, I ended up throwing the coffee away. Honestly, it felt like she was more interested in proving me wrong than actually providing decent customer service. The worst part was that I feared if I ordered another one, she’d intentionally add sugar just to prove her point. This was a total waste of my time, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for coffee from now on. Poor customer service and a complete disregard for my simple request. I won’t be coming back.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Daniel. His customer service was absolutely on point from start to finish. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail; he made sure nothing was overlooked and that every aspect of the service was handled perfectly.
Beyond his professionalism, Daniel is just an all-around good guy. He was friendly, approachable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We need more people like him in this industry. Highly recommended!

MANAGEMENT NEVER CLEANS THE TABLES IN THE EATING AREA AND THEY ARE ALL COVERED IN BIRD CRAP. HAVE COMPLAINED TO EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS SEVERAL TIMES AND EXPRESSED THE STAFF NEEDS TO BE CLEANING AND SANITIZING THE TABLES AND CHAIRS OUR CHILDREN ARE EATING AT. BIRD FECES IS AN EXTREME HEALTH RISK. THEY NEVER CLEAN THE TABLE TOPS OR CHAIRS!!!!!

I’ve been very upset that the air pump has not been working for months!!! It’s very inconvenient. This is another reason it was great to have a Wawa close to our neighborhood. I didn’t have to go all the way to BJ’s to get air!!!

Come here regularly after a very late night at work and can always pick up last minute needs, people are always super friendly and helpful and the food is honestly not as bad as you would think we actually love it !! Usually have a great variety, does suck when they are closed in the food area..lol but overall a life saver weekly!!

One of the best gas stations to go to they always have fair prices bathrooms and the stores always clean and they make really good food today I bought the BBQ mac and cheese with brisket and bacon panini sandwich and let me tell you this thing is amazing I never thought I would have a gas station sandwich taste as good!
