How long does it take to do you job and take a customers order.
What’s the point of a hot and ready pizza if I just have to wait 10 mins anyways.

I want to give kudos to the staff that works here. The area of Springfield is not always the nicest. But the staff was friendly enough for Little Caesars. What I ordered was cooked like it should be. Overall good experience.

I was blatantly disrespected by a lil black boy who was standing behind the counter on his phone the whole time. I literally walked in to pick up my food real quick but that turned into 30 minutes of waiting. I understand you get what u paid for but this is ridiculous!

Maybe they should start cleaning up at 9:45 9:50 and these orders def came in before 930. Yall suck waste of time and gas . Find a new job if u hate it

Horrible ! I broke the wings apart to show the store supervisor it wasn’t well done . She was very rude and loud to me . I asked for wings well done and I got Wings not cooked in the middle . Very Disgusting ! Was not able to get refunded! PEOPLE make sure to check ✔️ the inside of your chicken before leaving that place!

I ordered the pepperoni cheeser cheeser and was very disappointed. The toppings were only in the middle of the pizza with mostly crust showing around the outside. I brought this fact to the counter worker’s attention and she said that’s how it’s made. Don’t waste you money on this pizza.

They took WAY too long. Me and sister came in around 530 and are still here at 550 waiting for our food.. there was like 6 groups of people that came in and got there food right away and was out while we been came and still waiting. One manager was talking to one more literally the whole time we been waiting while the other girls take orders. It’s literally only two people and 1 person been talking to 1 man since we been here not doing anything. Really pushed me behind schedule n I am not a happy customer

I whent to pick up my order with my service dog and they didn’t allow me to pick up the order with my service dog… here is the LAW
Am I allow to go in a little Caesar’s pizza to pick up my order with my creciste dog?
Yes, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), you can generally bring your service dog into a Little Caesars restaurant to pick up your pizza.
Here’s why:
Public Accommodation: Restaurants like Little Caesars are considered places of public accommodation under the ADA.
Service Animal Access: The ADA requires these places to allow individuals with disabilities to be accompanied by their service animals in areas where the public is allowed to go.
No-Pet Policies: Even if a business has a “no pets” policy, it must still allow service animals. Service animals are not considered pets; they are working animals trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability.
Important Considerations:
Service Animal Definition: A service animal is specifically defined as a dog (or sometimes a miniature horse) that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
Behavioral Control: The service animal must be under the control of its handler at all times, typically through a leash, harness, or tether, unless it interferes with the dog’s work or the handler’s disability prevents it.
Exclusion: While businesses generally must allow service animals, they can be asked to remove the animal if it is not housebroken or if its behavior poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.
Limited Inquiry: Staff may ask two questions if it’s not obvious that the animal is a service animal: (1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? They cannot ask about your disability or request documentation or a demonstration of the tasks.
In short, your service dog is allowed in a Little Caesars, just like any other place where the public can go, provided the dog is well-behaved and under your control.
