I ordered a coffee this Evening at the drive-through window paid $2.40 for it drove away and a mile down the road took a sip and realized that it was so weak. There was no taste at all and it looked like tea. On my way to work don’t have time to return it so tried to call and ask for the manager and was put on hold and no one ever picked up. It would be really great if someone would get back to me and credit me for the coffee I just paid for.

Went in for a morning coffee and donut as I had some extra time and found a glue on fingernail in my coffee. At first thought it was a piece from the lid but to my disgust it was not. Would have said something to a counter worker but I was gagging so bad I had to leave the building. Absolutely unacceptable. Apparently their food service standards are ultra low. Will never stop at this Dunkin again and I advise you to do the same.

Really glad they open before 7am. I work 3rd shift, so it’s hard to grab a bite on my way home when places don’t open their dining rooms until after 7. I have a large work vehicle, so the drive through is not an option for me. Typical Dunkin food and clean establishment. Their croissant sandwich is delicious. I’ll definitely stop here again if I’m in the area.

I go to this Dunkin out of convenience for my morning commute. Though the typical 15-20 minute drive through line is highly inconvenient and having the inside closed adds to the frustration. Myself and others often leave the line simply due to running out of time to wait. The food is sometimes inconsistent and the coffee is as well in terms of add-ons. 1 cream can often result in what looks like a cup of milk (see photo) Which after a 15-20 minute wait can be….annoying.
I will say though that the staff is incredibly friendly and personable. Their issues (like most) seem to stem from short staffing and low employee retention. With that said, I will continue to support and frequent the location because Dunkin is better than gas station coffee and Starbucks.

Service here was poor. A lot of the staff seems to be in need of more training to put orders through more efficiently and offer better customer service. We ordered inside the restaurant and waited over 10 minutes while they seemed to prioritize the drive thru orders. When we finally got our snackin’ bacon it was cold to the touch. We asked for it to be remade an employee insisted it was supposed to ne served at that temperature. Nonetheless, he eventually agreed to remake it. This was supposed to be a quick in and out visit but lasted over 15 minutes. Very disappointing.
Update to this post. 7/6/25 We ordered at the drive-thru thinking there was no wait, however, there were multiple cars in the pull ahead waiting spaces. When you place your order and pay they immediately have you pull ahead to a separate area to wait for your food to be brought out to you. This clears their queue so it appears that they are completing orders faster, when in reality they are just as slow as they’ve always been. Yes this clears the drive-thru quickly but workers are still not accountable for efficiency or providing service in a timely manner. Oh, and we waited 10 minutes and still had to walk in and get it ourselves

(Edit: changing to 1 star because i just tried to call and they hung up on me. Really great customer service)Idk how difficult it is to make coffee. I asked for cream and sugar and usually that means 5 cream and 5 sugar. Not 1. Also all the caramel was on the bottom of the cup. It’s not hard to make coffee.

Horrible place they never have workers I stood in line for 10 minutes while the drive thru got serviced and the one worker who is there screamed don’t take anymore orders as the lobby continues to fill up UNEXCEPTABLE

Probably one of the worst Dunkin’s I have ever gone to. The morning “crew” (if that’s really what you want to call it) CONSISTENTLY botches my order up.
This isn’t a one-time thing, I go here out of convenience of it being close to work.
Avoid it, if you can.
