This is, without question, the worst‑run KFC/Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this place multiple chances, and every visit has been a disappointment. The quality, consistency, and overall experience have dropped to a level that’s honestly shocking.
I personally know several people who have worked here over the years, and every one of them has described the back‑of‑house environment as extremely poor in terms of cleanliness and organization. Based on what I’ve seen as a customer, it’s not hard to believe. The dining area, the service, and the food quality all reflect a serious lack of management and oversight.
I genuinely don’t understand how this location is still operating at this standard. I strongly encourage anyone who has had similar experiences to report their concerns through the proper channels so the issues can finally be addressed. Customers deserve better, and this community deserves a restaurant that takes pride in its food, its service, and its cleanliness.

Between THIS Taco Bell/KFC location and the Russell Taco Bell location, they’re HANDS DOWN the only two Taco Bells in the Ashland area that consistently put out a great product, great customer service and a clean place each and every time. They are friendly and efficient– definitely paying attention to their customer satisfaction. It’s a hybrid location with KFC… which makes the whole family easily satisfied. My only question would be why they dont accept the app there (and why they have a mobile order pickup set up if I can’t find it on the app– is that KFC ONLY????) Otherwise we love it.

This is by far the BEST KFC that we’ve ever experienced. We stopped in tonight and as always it was a wonderful experience. You’re employee Thomas went absolutely above and beyond not just with us but with every customer in the store, I had to let Mr. Thomas know what a great job he’s doing for you’re company and so did other customers in the store, Thomas needs great recognition for doing such a outstanding job for you all at store #K198013…

Noticed that no one was wearing gloves when handling the food. I heard one of the employees state that there was ants in the sugar that is used for the tea! Saw another 2 employees eating chicken nuggets from the warming trays.
Lobby was dirty.
Highly not recommend…. Too bad that a Food Health inspector hasn’t arrived.

It took 15 minutes to get 2 crunchy Tacos. By the time my son received his Tacos my chicken dinner was cold. It doesn’t take that long to slap a spoon of meat and sprinkle some cheese on a taco and send it out. They either need better management or better quality of workers. Maybe both. I could maybe understand if this was an isolated incident but it happens everytime we go there. So we stopped going there. Now we drive all the way to Kenova, WV taco bell. It is awesome!

There was nothing wrong with the atmosphere of this restaurant. The cashier/Order taker was kind. The issue was cold food in an empty restaurant. Although there were plenty of workers behind the counter. If it was just me and my sister with two others, who had just placed their order were the only people ordering food, shouldn’t we receive hot food? You’d think so. Instead I received nacho fries that tasted like the dumped them back in hot grease to warm them up and a cold shell chalupa that was chewy from laying a while. I returned the fries and got fresh, but again was waiting for food! Why did I wait the first time if I wasn’t getting hot? Anyway, I made a mental note to never eat at this Taco Bell again.

Whether through drive thur last night 12/4 at 830 pm and there was 3 people in front of me and when I got to the speaker was told it was closed. But they don’t close until 10.30. So I had to get food from somewhere else and it sucked

Absolutely horrible customer service. Workers were rude as can be. They advertised 10 pieces of chicken for $5 when we got home to eat it the “pieces* of chicken were nothing but a bunch of small wings. They must have ran out of beef because the tacos had so little beef that I had to take the beef off the 2 other tacos in order to make one full serving of beef on one taco. The other 2 shells just went in the garbage. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL MY FAMILY AND I EAT AT THIS PLACE!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!
