Very friendly, waitress was great – asked if I wanted to go cup when I ordered! Chips/ salas very good too! I dug into my food before I took the pic, so not as pretty but very tasty. 2 enchiladas, avacado salad, rice/beans $9.99!

This is not authentic Mexican food. We ordered Machado mixed with chilaquiles and they used American cheese, it did not go well with this dish. We also ordered 2 flour tortilla tacos, those were ok. The flour tortillas tasted like store bought not homemade and the potatoes were not seasoned.

Stopped to eat here while passing through. Glad I did. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. I had the lunch special for the day. A cheese enchilada plate with a beef puffy taco and tea for about $10. Super budget friendly and good size serving. The meal was fantastic. If you’re passing through Nixon on an empty belly, stop and give this restaurant a try. It’s very good and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Enchiladas n puffy taco were good. I think they refry their beans in lard, tasty. My daughter ordered her favorite menudo but only ate the soup with a tortilla. When we cook menudo, we always cut it in bite size pieces, trim the fat, and do not use oregano. I know everyone makes it a little different. The server, Juan Carlos was an absolute delight. He kept our cups full n continually checked on us. (We got there at 11, right before the lunch crowd)

I had such a wonderful experience at The Enchiladita! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—it felt like visiting family. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every bite was full of flavor, and you could really taste the love that goes into each dish. I highly recommend it if you’re craving authentic Mexican comfort food!
