Office celebrations in the time of covid are challenging. My company was looking for a way to have treats for the office and still follow covid protocols. Chad in the Oakbrook location came up with a very fun solution for us. Little treat bags containing mini brownies and cookies. So fun!! So delicious!!

One of the worst tomato mozzarella sandwich I have ever had…. Online it says vinegar. When I tried it it is so so so so strong of orange!!! Why do you not tell customers that it is an orange sauce ??? Orange is not even traditional on this kind of sandwich so I do not understand why you can’t just say it is orange . Extremely strong taste. Could not even taste the cheese or tomatoes…I have never tasted a sandwich with such an overpowering taste. I could not finish it after four bites. I also said no red peppers and you guys added red peppers. If you have other ingredients include it ON THE MENU. Orange vinegar is NOT plain balsamic vinegar …. And the Cesar salad dressing is very fishy. Very disappointing!!

I put in an online order for later that day and ended up being able to pick it up earlier. So I went in and they acted like they didn’t know what to do. I just wanted to know if I could pick it up earlier, I didn’t want to wait 45 minutes. An older employee came out and was very rude to me about it. There’s no reason for that rudeness, I wasn’t giving her attitude or anything. When I got home, the sandwich was hard and the croutons were already in the soup instead of on the side as described on the menu, so they were all soggy.
