I’m a very picky eater so I don’t eat much a when I do I like it a certain way! Like I got some tamales an I didn’t want anything on them no cheese dip no no red sauce no anything an it’s like i just wasn’t heard an they wanted to do it they’re own way an not how I wanted it too an I’m getting sick of most places doing that honestly!!!!!!

Stopped on our way through Arkansas for lunch in Monticello. Noticed the sign for Los Arcos and pulled in. I ordered the burrito lunch while the wife picked the “El Buffalo” plate. Her plate had a quesadilla and an enchilada while mine was the namesake of the plate.
The meal was good and decently priced. My burrito was a bit on the bland side but the wife’s two items were on point. She could not finish her lunch while I did not suffer from that problem
The interior was nice and the staff helpful and courteous.

Friendly staff, bright and warm welcoming building, and overall pretty dang tasty food. Definitely one of the better restaurants in town, it seems like the food here is seasoned and not too badly priced.
You get chips and salsa at the table while you wait, the salsa was quite delicious. It was mild and not really spicy at all but lacked any chunks that might usually make it hard for me or kids to eat. I ended up pouring the salsa on my burrito, which was also very tasty.
I would recommend trying them out, it was worth the trip for me. And the fried ice cream is absolutely worth it.

Super yummy mexican food! The prices are really reasonable for the portions and the flavors are amazing. The chicken was really tender and had a great flavor. The rice and beans which can sometimes play second fiddle to the main courses at mexican restaurants were both out of this world! Would definitely return the next time I’m in town.

I called and ordered 2 orders of chicken fajitas and two orders of cheeses dip and salsas. We literally took the two pans of fajitas and made a 3/4 of a full pan. This wasn’t worth $65

I am not sure how they received 4.3 rating. Food truly tasted like a frozen dinner (chicken quesadilla, chicken in a soggy flour tortillo and some kind of red sauce. No onions, peppers just cheese). I was very hungry and ate it anyway. The salsa was good. The service was not good. Only 3 tables with people. Never once did the server or what looked to be the manager (too busy talking to a table) come by to fill my tea or water. Granted I looked like I just stepped out of the woods (I did) and it took 8 minutes after I had finished my meal to get my check.
