DO NOT EAT HERE, you will get sick!!! Bought the meal for 2 and the wings sauce they gave us for the mild was pink and fries extremely burnt, tried to even muscle through and eat it, then come to find the wings we’re soggy. The place on the inside is dirty and workers are unprofessional. They give every sign and warning to not buy food here. I don’t know who they are hiring now at this location, but their personality definitely reflects on the floor with this low quality of service and served food. I should have immediately went back k for a refund after I seen this food, but went against my better judgment.

The restroom is very disgusting!! It made me feel as if I was in a jail cell, however a jail cell bathroom is way cleaner then what I experienced yesterday! This restroom was one of the worst I’ve experienced. It needs to be scrubbed down or even renovated, no one deserves to use the restroom here.

The wings I received were good but they tasted very salty. The fries were ok but they hardened pretty quickly if not eaten right away. They didn’t give me the cheese sauce that I wanted but whatever. The only thing that I honestly enjoyed was the mango habanero sandwich. That’s literally about it.

usually they always get my orders correct. Today was not the same, my dad ordered delivery for us, took an a little more than an hour, it got here with the wrong order. My dad ordered 2 boneless chicken, original, 5 boneless chicken original, and a 10 boneless chicken original, it arrived with the 2 boneless but the 5 boneless didn’t get here, the 10 boneless came, but barbque, the opposite of what we asked for. I love wing stop, top 3 favorite places to eat at, today wasn’t the case.

I’m redacting my bad review.
Yesterday I had an unsatisfactory experience with my order I was left feeling very disappointed and felt I would no longer go to Wingstop due to the unsatisfactory experience.
I spoke to Cynthia the assistant manager today and I’m very happy with the conversation we had and she went above and beyond to make it right.

I literally am so disgusted not only did i wait an hour for my food as a online order I ordered bone in wings not feather wings so disgusted honestly i called so they can correct the order not only did they want me to take the entire order back to make it again like i have nothing better to do then to wait another hour for wings im sorry got off work and this was dinner for the family they should’ve been made the right way to begin with the owner couldn’t even give me options or even be on the phone with me hope you have better luck

I picked up my order last night and noticed that the fries were blackened, as if they had been dipped in oil multiple times and left overcooked. This is unacceptable, especially since the company prides itself on delivering exceptional quality food. It’s disappointing that they give customers the opportunity to make poor judgments about the company, especially at this location. If I had read all the bad reviews from previous times I would have never chosen this location. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so upset that I threw the entire order away. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Do not order from here online or in person. Ordered online my order was to be ready in 1hr went to pick up said another 2 hours so requested refund said it would take 7 days to get it’s been 15 days and no refund went to store owner said to go back in 4 more days if i didn’t get my $ back. So is he gonna pay for gas too just to be going to have them give my $ back? Order from another place previous times ordered they never have it ready on-time don’t know why they take orders if they can’t handle it.
