I’m sure glad I stopped by this awesome place for some delicious BBQ. The owner Mr. Brown is the BEST!! His service with a smile and food recommendations were on point. I liked everything I was served including my dessert – blackberry cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream. Totally Delish!! I’ll be back again and again to try out more of his menu selections.

Brown’s BBQ was AMAZING. I got the mashed potatoes with brisket, cheese, bacon, and beans everything was flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. You can truly taste the passion in the food. Hearing the sentimental backstory behind how he got into BBQ made it even more special. Would definitely recommend eating here!

Incredible experience here today. I ordered the ribeye steak sandwich and split a 3 meat plate with my wife so that we could try a lot of what they had to offer. I have to say my expectations for the steak sandwich were not very high but I was shocked at how incredible it was. The brisket was not a traditional Texas style but was delicious and I would order it again and again. Sausage was great. Ribs were the best I’ve had anywhere, incredible depth of flavor and when I was talking with the owner about them I got goosebumps. Part of that was how good the food was but more than that was the owner Todd who made the experience even better. So friendly and personable that he really brightened our day. I hope I’m not setting expectations too high but I really can’t say enough good things about the experience.

Being from Louisiana it’s hard to impress us with food, but the 3 of us had Ribeye sandwich’s with extras and it was probably the best restaurant food we have ever tasted!! The green beans, bacon wrapped asparagus, and Mac n cheese was amazing as well and that BBQ SAUCE was WOW!! Thanks again and hope to see you all again!!

MR AND MRS BROWN THROW IT DOWN IN THE KITCHEN!! I am a vegan and my colleague eats meat and I was so happy to find a place for both of us. Mr. Brown made some amazing recommendations and the food was hot fresh and delicious. Best BBQ I’ve had in my life hands down vegan or not. Come eat here you won’t regret it!

I was super excited hoping I found a place in Midland I could return for great BBQ… Now the vibe alone I would rate 5 stars, Mr Brown has a wonderful positive welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in, and made me feel very welcome!! I ordered the 3 meat plate. but the food lacked seasoning it was very bland and the brisket was very dry I didn’t taste the smokiness of a grill on any of the meat and it just really lacked flavor maybe it was just a first time hiccup and I may try it again one day but not soon

If you are serious about barbecue, Brown’s is a must do in Midland.
The sausage and brisket was pretty good but the real story was the ribs. They were delicious and perfectly cooked with the precise ratio of flame charred and tenderness.
Another honorable mention was their hand made chilli Verde hot sauce ( excellent )
I’m also told they do good Ole fashion breakfast which I intend on trying soon

This is hands down the best BBQ I have ever had. The brisket and pulled pork is so tender and has so much flavor. That Queso Mac and Cheese is to die for! The owner is so friendly!! This place is a must! It will not let you down!

While traveling on a business trip passing through Midland we needed a place to stop for lunch and this turned out to be a decent choice.
Since we were on a schedule we needed just a light lunch. I chose a 1 meat & 2 sides, Pulled Pork, Potato Salad & Baked Beans! The meat was tender & juicy, the sides were phenomenal! Best baked beans that I could remember having and I loved the idea of serving in a small cast iron skillet! The potato salad was equally impressive.
I did not care for the BBQ Sauce that came with the meal. It was an over powering vinegar taste. To be honest I didn’t ask if there were other options since I enjoyed the meal as it was!
Whether you live there or pass through I would recommend honing this place a try!
