Tried ordering food over the phone, but because My Number wasn’t showing up in their ID call, They refuse to take my order. Will never order from this place again or try to. Their excuse was “ We can’t help you because you might not pick up the order. I need to see your real number” I was so confused. I even told him it shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t mind giving them my number if it’s not showing up in their ID call.. His last words before I hung up was “ Sorry, I wouldn’t be able to help you” I just hung up in their face.

Okay yes I’m giving this five stars but I’m taking into consideration that this is indeed a local Pizza joint. I have been coming here for nearly two decades now and have always had a great experience. I am a fan of a Greek style pizza and this is where it delivers in spades.
Other pizza shops in the area do weird things like use breakfast bacon as in maple flavored on their pizza.
This is as traditional as it gets for a good Greek pie and for that I am grateful

Terrible experience like no other.
I have been a customer of East side pizza for years, over 15 years. One night I decided to call and get a slice of cheese pizza. The OWNER (lady) told me they had a slice and to come down. I get there to only two slices of pepperoni pizza, which was no problem, but annoying nonetheless. She said she would charge me for a cheese and took down my card information since she couldn’t work the machine. I ended being charged OVER SIX DOLLARS for only ONE slice of cheese pizza. When I went to the shop to resolve the issue I was told by her that I didn’t have money on my account and that I need to call my bank.
To be told that by the owner that I didn’t have money and I basically stole a slice of pizza (mind you if this was true, why did she not ask me to pay the unpaid tab???) was beyond unprofessional and sad behavior from this establishment. I called my bank just to ensure that no issues were caused from my end and they confirmed the charge was for the full $6.55 and was only charged one time, so she did not try to charge my card multiple times like she explained.
She made an honest mistake and instead of resolving the issue of a minor $3 overcharge she disrespected a customer and lost years of service to come. I will NEVER give my money to these people again and if you are brave enough to go there PLEASE BRING EXACT CASH CHANGE ONLY!!!!!! DO NOT USE YOUR CARD OR LEAVE YOUR CARD NUMBER ON FILE!!!!!!
