Stopped in today at 630. I had tried to figure out how to pre-order my bigger order but couldn’t find what I needed on door dash or the website. I must say, the team that was working at that time were all amazing! No one gave me any attitude for the inconvenience of having a bigger order. I felt a bit guilty, but they all handled it in stride. I really appreciate it!!

I purchased an order of the snack bacon and when I opened to eat it, the bacon was stuck/clumped together and pieces of the bacon were burnt. It looked like it was sitting on a warmer for too long. It was basically not edible.

I used to be a regular at this Dunkin, but after my last experience I will never be back again. I was very excited to get coffee this day because of pumpkin spice being back. After ordering and paying at the first window, we were told to pull up to the second window and waited a very long time. When I finally got my coffee, it tasted like watered down cream. It had no pumpkin flavor at all, and it was just honestly disgusting, I had my husband try it to make sure it wasn’t just me, and he said right away “omg yeah no there’s definitely something wrong with that!” I said to the girl who handed it to me “I’m so sorry this just does not taste right” and she offered to remake it and asked if I wanted to keep the one I had, and I was like “no definitely not” and she took it back. We sat there for another probably 5 minutes to have a different girl come to the window and hand me my new coffee who made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience of her young life. Didn’t say a word to me and just seemed beyond irritated. After she angrily handed it to me, she shut the window on me so fast that she didn’t even hear me ask for a straw. We sat there for so long after that, that I actually had to physically get out of my car and knock on the window just to get a straw for my coffee. I joked to my husband “by the time I get a straw for this, all the ice in this one will be melted too. This is insane.” The kid working there, the boy who came to the window when I knocked, gave me a straw and 3 Baskin Robin’s free scoop tokens, which I guess was nice, but didn’t say one single word to me. I worked in food service for a very long time in my younger years. None of this would have been acceptable at any place I have ever worked. Absolutely atrocious customer service and beyond disappointing start to my day that I do not ever want to experience again. This morning, we drove an extra 10 minutes to go to the Dunkin in Schofield. Great customer service there, and the girls at this one definitely know how to make coffee! Worth the extra drive, and we will be doing this from now on.

I visited Dunkin’ this morning and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The wait time was far longer than expected, and when I was finally assisted by the cashier, Bri/Breanna her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. On top of that, my order was incorrect, which made the entire visit frustrating.
I expect better service, accuracy, and respectful interactions from Dunkin’ staff. If this issue is not addressed and Brit/Breanna is not removed from her position, I will take my business elsewhere and begin purchasing my coffee from another establishment. Sadly I don’t remember the employees name other than she was at front counter around 10am

It seems every time I order coffee, they purposely leave out any flavoring I add…this isn’t a one time occurrence… and its very annoying. In the picture I obviously ordered 3 Vanilla shots, 1 hazelnut shot, and vanilla swirl. NONE of these were mixed in. I am extremely dissapointed. Not only this, but the times I go in-person it takes an insane amount of time to let alone be noticed, most of the employees are typically chatting too much to each other, or hastily take your order just to forget certain parts and be rude throughout the transaction. If it’s none of those, they are on their phones. What happened to customer service? They barely look you in the eye, and I have never, and I mean NEVER, been greeted with a smile. On top of all that, as if it couldn’t get any worse, when you walk into the store you are greeted by a mess everywhere, and it feels unprofessional. The trash area is a mess, and the tables are almost never clean, I don’t even know if they wipe the glass windows over the food area….I am so grossed out… This shouldn’t be a legal establishment…
