Food was cold. The person in the drive through nyasia had a nasty attitude and was disrespectful. she didn’t want to change an item on my order because of something that i can’t eat at the window. the kiosk bot got the order correct then she went in and spoke at the speaker mid order. got up to the window, order was wrong. she gave me an attitude and stood there like i’m slow. DO NOT RECOMMEND and she’ll be reported ‼️

If I could give 0 stars I would. If it says you are open til a certain time, THEN YOU SHOULD BE OPEN TIL THAT TIME. It is very upsetting when I think that I can get my favorite late night snack, and when I go to the place no one is there! I understand not wanting to work the night shifts, but that isn’t customers problems. This has happened multiple times, and I think that obviously shows poor management. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

I got the crunchy taco from the cantina menu today.. tell me how I get 2 of the MEALS and I open up my taco and see I kid you not 2 pieces of chicken. Ridiculous for 9 dollars. Never again.

The AI order taker is very frustrating because it did not get the order right. I had to keep repeating and no one came on to help correct. Food was fine.

Couldn’t get a receipt, then Food was cold, took forever to get my food. The place wasn’t that busy either. The Taco Bell app they keep pushing for us to use has so many bugs.
