A friend told me about this place a little over a year ago. Now we occasionally meet for breakfast and whenever we do Raine’s is our go to destination. As a fan of breakfast I have tried several different menu items, but whatever I choose, a side of Scrapple is always included. To me it is delicious and whenever that crispy and just right crunchy exterior crosses my palate I close my eyes, smile, and just savor the flavor. My friend feels the same way about their chipped beef. Add to that the pleasant servers, and the homey atmosphere and there is no better way to start your day. So, if you are looking to add a new place to your list of favorites eateries, give Raine’s a try, I don’t think you’ll regret it.

The only thing I don’t like about this place is the closing at 2:00 other than that it’s awesome.
Forget Denny’s IHOP the Metro or any diners you’ve ever been to this will be your last place you come to for breakfast.
The service is great The food is like home cooked and overall such a pleasure to be here it’s like family.
The coffee never tastes burnt.
They offer tater tots How could you go wrong with that.
You got to check this place out You won’t be disappointed.

Really cute little cafe, in the shopping center serving breakfast all day! Elderly folks in dining but that didn’t bother me. My waitress was really nice and welcoming.
Fried Shrimp was decent & the salads, may need to request extra chicken but other than that very good, filling and are huge!
I’ll be back next time.

Came to try a new place. Saw that they had tater tots so came here. Got me the Belgium, waffle special, and my tater tot with coffee. So happy I came and tried this place. It’s small place and can be busy so can take a min. But love it. Just so you know when you coming, you could just say anywhere you don’t have to be waiting to be seated. Unless it’s Packed and have a big group

We were in the area looking for a hot home-cooked breakfast and that’s exactly what we found at Raines. The staff was friendly and wonderful keeping our coffee cups full and asking if we needed anything. If we lived closer, Raine’s would be our go-to destination.

Good food, portion sizes are nice, staff is nice as well. My only gripe is that they’re cash only. It’s a nice hole in the wall place you wouldn’t expect.
Update: went for another visit after not being there for a while. Food was okay, there was only an older crowd. I last remembered them only taking cash so I was doing my best to be moderate with what I was ordering. When I received the checked it was a bit more than I anticipated. I went back to the waitress to ask about some charges not being what I saw on the menu. I apparently said the wrong thing, I asked for a side order instead of a “short order” so I was charged $2 more per side order. I didn’t argue, paid my bill and left. What a rip off.

Very kind owner and staff. Food was delicious, I got the turkey dinner. Real ingredients and homemade tea. Highly recommend Raines!

Server was really rude, lady long hair. Food took forever, she barely even made eye contact, didn’t check on us, I needed a refill and was unable to get it due to the fact she barely came over n did her job. Will not be going back
