I stopped by Wings 21 and ordered the fried chicken salad with buffalo sauce and ranch on the side, along with a side of fries, and everything was really good. The chicken was fresh and crispy, the salad was well put together, and the sauces paired perfectly. The fries were hot and seasoned just right.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the service was impressively fast, especially considering how busy it was. Even with the crowd, orders were moving quickly and everything came out fresh. Overall, great food, great service, and a solid experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Horrible service. Came here to conduct an uber pickup and delivery, asked to use the restroom and the rude front desk person told me that the restroom is for paying customers only. I’m doing uber and the food isn’t even ready and I can’t use the restroom. Asked to speak to the manager and they refused me to speak to the manager and told me he “would say the same thing.” Asked for the lady name and she refused so took a picture for reference for her manager that I’m unable to speak to is able to speak to her. Horrible customer service and rude. Human decency goes a long way !!!! Mind you had to wait 10 min for the food to be ready. Definitely have prejudice vibes. Do better!!

The staff was so nice and patient. The atmosphere is clean, organized and has a laid back vibe. Food was hot and delicious! Very reasonably priced. I had the ten piece wings and fries (half lemon pepper and half honey garlic). As much as I loved the wings, I loved the ranch dressing. Unlike any ranch I’ve tasted. It tasted like it was homemade. Yummy! I will definitely be going back! Soon!

I was picking up an order for a customer and asked the girl at the front counter could she hold the order because i needed to use restroom. She rudely stated the restroom is only for customers. I’m literally picking up a whole order for a customer. I would never patronize this restaurant and she also had a mug look on her face. Awful service, never again

Neighborhood wing spot is pretty solid! I’m not a regular so I’m not sure if it’s consistently good. My experience was cool, moon dust wings were good. Fries were good. They serve them without salt so you have to salt them yourself. Customer Service can be better, person taking the order should be more informative. Hearing what a person is ordering and offering a better priced meal that might offer the same thing for a better price etc.

Update, wings 21 kettering then reply back saying they “disagree come in and be direct so we can discuss” trust me these aggressive tactics dont work, if i come in there you wont like it u will be scared then u call police. Why would i come in and be direct. I will dig further into this situation and find out who exactly responded aggressively, this is a business that gets money from our community but think they can disrespect us. Again tall young chinese man who stares and says nothing to you is rude, I’ve already been in here there’s no reason to come in here again. Still stands it doesn’t matter whether or not you “disagree” lol this business won’t last long their customer resolution is poor, readers look at their last reply to my account. Look and see how they carry their self as an establishment,”come in and be direct” ? You dont want that lol I’m assuming the owner is acting this way and lacks professionalism and I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau. Good job “owner” you’re not a leader nor a proper business man. I’m actually in you’re store more than you would ever realize but it seems this is the most civil way to go about situation because this store is combative and antagonizing.
