I have been here many times and always have a good meal. You should be warned that this is not a hidden gem and this place fills up on Friday and Saturday nights.

Overall this is where we go a few times a year when we want some good food in a the Wisconsin tradition.

Fun place to play, drink and eat. Staff is great. Owned by family that lives near lake red stone. Put time and money into upgrading place. Ribs on satursay noght are deliciously decadent. Dry rub with tasty sauce. Had left overs 2 weeks later and could still taste and smell the smoke. Great tvs for sports. New outdoor indoor patio with some live music. Had readers all tablea.

Super casual place. indoor & Outdoor tables. Live music. Special order of the ribs in advance cannot go wrong! Rotisserie chicken recommend to order in advance. Excellent!! This place is nothing fancy, but offers a lot!

I had the three piece cod dinner and the fish was very good although I wasn’t too happy that shortly after I started eating my soup and salad they brought my fish out right away so I had my complete meal sitting on the table in front of me at one time.

Every time we have been here great food service. Brought today total of13 people. 9 of which never been here. We talked to the inside bar. Stated there closed. Asked where we can sit and get drinks and food. We where told inside tables or on the deck. Beautiful day outside. So no inside right. Deck was full no room to sit. So out side bar area it is. 13 people and no servers. Bar keeper said come to me and order. Really thirteen people? So one of us took everyone’s order turned it in with a ticket a server would have used given to us from the outside bar tender. Wow never would have seen this coming from here. So for a group of us that usually tip very well is not going to be tonight. And the new comers first time will have a hard time coming back. Sorry for the rant but this is way less then acceptable.

McKenzie provided amazing service to our large group of adults and children under 8. It was a busy time for the restaurant on a Saturday night, but she was very friendly, patient, and accommodating. She made us feel so welcome and not like an annoying large group. EDIT: We came back two years later on a Friday night during a fish fry. The place was packed. McKenzie to the rescue! We were looking at a very long wait for our large group, but we lucked out and wound up with McKenzie as our server again. It was fate. Love coming here because of her excellent service, friendly smile, tasty food, and because the kids can play bags while we wait. ❤️
