I went to Jimmy John’s today and there was only one employee working. His name is Stephen/Steven hope I spelled it correctly. Anyways he deserves a raise helped all patrons was very humble and great work attitude. Greeted customers and washed his hands in between orders while also taking orders at the register. Jimmy John’s ownership needs to know about his example and it should not be ignored. Very pleased dispute his circumstances. Shout out to You Stephen/Steven class A.

We grab takeout from here more often than I care to admit, but they crush it every single time. Our orders are always correct, and delicious, and every time we come in we are greeted like family. This location is awesome. Even when I order later than I should (within 45 minutes of close) they’re still happy to have us come through. I can’t recommend this location enough.

Tonight was my first time trying Jimmy John’s! Not only was the staff top notch but the sandwiches they made were outstanding! The veggies were fresh , crisp, and tasty. The meats were delicious right down to the mayo was delicious. My wife and I traveled 40 miles round trip and will make the trek again as this is the closest location to us, we were not disappointed in the least and would like to thank to two young gentleman who were working for a fantastic experience.

Delivery showed up 2 hours late. No one would answer the phone to give information or let me cancel order prior to that late delivery. Once I emailed through the website, GM called to apologize and promised to call back after speaking to the owner. Have yet to hear anything a week later.

I definitely wasn’t use to paying 10% sales tax. My wife ordered bacon on her sandwich. That cost 4.40. Haven’t been in Virginia long but I do know it’s very expensive to eat here. Almost as bad as D. C.

First time customer at Jimmy John’s today and i will definitely be coming back! I got a JJ BLT and it was amazing. The food quality was great and the staff were super friendly and professional. I can’t wait to try something different next time.

I normally like JJ’s cold subs, but the last two times we’ve gotten sandwiches from the Laburnum location, the lettuce has been mostly yellow and white, which tastes like grass. If I get one more sandwich there with nearly no green lettuce, I’ll never return.

This Jimmy johns is awesome. The guys that work there are so cool. I’ve ordered delivery a few times very close to closing time and they have never given me a hard time or said they couldn’t deliver. I live close by and they are usually at my house within 20-30 minutes at the latest. Everyone who has delivered to my home are always so nice. Once, they even delivered in the pouring rain and had no issue with it. If I call there, they answer the phone, saying “hey, Ms Tina”. You just don’t get treatment from any restaurants like this now-a-days. I liked the old owner but I really like the new owner even more since they started staying open till 9pm and on weekends. Greatly appreciated!!!

I still visit the East End just for this location. The staff from summer to current has been so consistent and prepares the sandwiches with love and passion. Always a good experience since this location opened. Thank you to the staff and how courteous and speedy they are and not to mention the freshness of EVERYTHING!
