I was traveling through and stopped in for breakfast. The bagel was very delicious and so was the coffee. The vibe was relaxing and the staff friendly. Place was neat as a pin and very clean. Highly recommend!

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a asiago bagel. When I walked in the lady at the counter mugged me and acted as if I was a burden since she was gossiping to her co worker. If I wanted green eggs and ham I’d call Dr. Seuss no wonder the Severna Park location closed, this one needs to close right along with it! This is disgusting and a health hazard I will be contacting the health department ASAP!!

Just ordered the Texas Brisket bagel breakfast sandwich! Wow! This is delicious! Best bagel sandwich I have had…I highly recommend it. And the service was fantastic. Clean, neat area to dine in. Not loud and easy to chat or study. Love this place!

I don’t get to Einstein Bros very often, but have loved the restaurant for years. I stopped in yesterday morning at the Annapolis location. The food was fine. The service was terrible! The young man who rang up my order was pretty awful. He acted like I did not exist…he was rude and dismissive. He did not greet me, rudely took my order while acting like he didn’t know what I was saying (which is interesting because the only accent I have is one from Maryland), and did not give me my cups when I ordered coffee (after he walked away from the register and counter, I had to ask for them).
I started to give him the same rude treatment, but thought better because I didn’t want to give him the satisfaction of saying that he had to deal with a rude woman of color. I could have easily thought this was a racist encounter, which it may have been.
Recommendation- move him somewhere else, as his customer service skills (at least towards me) were less than zero. If he’s the manager, he needs to go back to customer service school.

Staff is wonderful and honest. Thought I bought a medium oj, but they charged me for a large and the lady brought me more oj to match the large I should’ve grabbed. Awesome breakfast food.

Normally good experiences here. Today I ordered an all nighter and a coffee, I wasn’t given the coffee, as for the sandwhich, please see the attatched picture. Drenched in sauce and smashed in the bag make it unedible. Fine with paying a little extra, but not for this poor quality.

Can’t comment on the food. Walked in around 10am, one customer steated and eating, one person walked in ahead of me. She was greeted, I wasn’t. After they took her order I stood there, after a minute or two of being ignored I decided to start timing how long this was going to take. After 7 more minutes of the three behind the counter not even looking my way I left.
No wonder it was mostly empty.
