Ordered a pizza and breadsticks on a very cold (-11 w windchill) evening. Food showed up on time, very hot and delivery gal was very nice even though order showed zero tip on the app. Tipped over 30% cash to her. Will definately order again

I used to love this place, but feel the quality has gone way down. Very friendly staff, and great taste, but I just can’t put my $ here anymore. Ordered Lrg Ultimate Magnifico, Med 1 topping with ham, two orders of boneless wings. Pizzas were not cut at all. Ham looked like they tried to cut it, but no. Also, the lack of topping for the ham is a bit ridiculous. There is hardly any put on it. This has happened before. They used to really pay attention to the overall quality, but it doesn’t seem like that’s really happening anymore, while it’s being made, and before the box is closed. I hate to give this review, but it needed to be said. I will be looking for a different place. Maybe I’ll try here again, if I hear it’s improved. Great service! Staff is always helpful and cheerful. Food is always incredible. I had a large order for an event. My delivery was right on time, the food was hot, they were considerate enough to ask if I needed plates etc and provided us the right number based on the order size. For my smaller personal orders that same great service is consistent. Timely deliveries, great cheerful staff and wonderful food.

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and this is what was delivered. Called the store and the manager knew the exact pizza we were calling about. If he knew he was it was a horrible pizza then why send it. He apologized and said “it’s a busy Saturday night”. Do better Marco’s!

The pizza here is DELICIOUS!! We came here out of the blue just saw it passing by. The pizza and cheesy bread is phenomenal. I’ve been ruined from eating pizza anywhere else. The crust is fluffy and crunchy. The portion sizes are large and for a good price! The toppings are all fresh and huge! recommend

Usually I have food delivered. They are always on time and accurate with the order. This time however the bread sticks were disappointing. The breadsticks received were only a quantity of 6. when I complained because there were supposed to be 8. They gave me another order and just cut them smaller. They don’t look like the picture on the website at all (see photo). The Staff was a little peeved that I was asking for a replacement. They were severely under proofed and did not taste good. They only get 4 stars because they are usually so much better at customer service and food quality. Hoping this was just a fluke.

Reviews here are horrible. Whoever was working the night of July 24th should be fired. My husband ordered wings and they did not give him sauce (hello? Who orders plain wings?) So he called and let them know of the problem and they asked him to come back and get the sauce instead of remaking them (which should really be the solution since the wings are going to get cold).
I called and asked if they could remake them because of the situation. We don’t usually order out but we had a rough day. The woman on the phone made fun of me calling to the other woman “Laura” who took the phone, said they would remake and hung up on me. I called back and asked who the owner was and she was very reluctant to tell me anything or when he was working next.
Laura and this other women have zero customer service and empathy and should honestly work somewhere where they don’t have to talk to anyone and receive further social training. Despicable. Hope they’re earning minimum wage. That’s all they deserve.

Never disappointed when I come to Marcos. It seems that I am locked in now on the Pepperoni Magnifico can cannot as hard as I try get something else. No better fast service pepperoni in town. And can order in and sit and have a beer while you wait.
