I ordered through DoorDash and selected mild, which everywhere else usually means no spice. This was very spicy. If you have GI issues or are sensitive to spice, beware—do not order mild, order the no-spice option instead.
I also ordered the grilled cheese chicken tacos (which were basically tenders wrapped in a tortilla) and a large fry for $12.99, which is ridiculous. Nothing I ordered came with fries, and this seems to be the only place that doesn’t include a side. The fries were overly seasoned, dry, and the seasoning was so heavy it caused you to aspirate it.
My total came to $50 for very average food. Extremely overpriced for what you get.

Blazin Coop in Canton has some of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. The chicken is always fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. Their Coop sauce is easily one of the best sauces I have tried and it really takes the sandwich to another level.
One thing I really like about this place is the consistency. Every time I have ordered from here my order has been correct and I have never had any issues. The staff are always friendly and the service is smooth, which makes the experience even better.
If you are looking for a great chicken sandwich, this place is definitely worth trying. It is easily one of my favorite spots.

Seriously, after trying, blazing coops, Nashville, hot chicken, how could anyone eat and compare their chicken to raising Cane’s? Hands down, blazing coops chicken is far more tastier than raising Cane‘s. Raising Cane‘s chicken has no taste. It’s only their sauce that makes the chicken good together. I can’t understand why the lines are so long in that place. If you haven’t tried it, you must switch over to Blazing coops chicken. It is an inconvenience in Canton that they don’t have a drive-through, especially on cold winter days, But the food is far much better!!

Love this spot !!!!! The grilled cheese chicken sandwich is insane. So glad they opened up in Canton. Absolutely delicious, I’ve been there 3 times already – obsessed. The owner/ manager has been very charismatic and polite. The mild had a kick which they warn you about so just be aware of that. I used to go to the Ann Arbor location so it’s awesome they’ve got another location. The whole restaurant was super clean, sick vibes, and spacious – great booths facing Michigan Ave. Highly recommend!

My family went here for the first time and it was so good!!! We met the owner who was super nice! Our food was hot, well seasoned, and full of flavor! The chicken was tender and moist. The fries were crunchy yet soft.

I was a little bummed to see my chicken dry seasoned and then fried. The it was done made it like a shell causing the seasoning to flake off as I ate it. It’s a bit pricey…$4 for one extra tender?!?! That’s a bit steep. Atmosphere is really cool! I honestly loved the airbrush work inside. Lastly, sanitation. When I walk into the restroom and see not one! TWO…TWO soap dispensers empty. I have to assume no one is washing their hands. To me that is just foul. That’s my reason for 2 stars. I just honestly think one has been washing their hands. At least the day I visited. Sadly I didn’t notice until after I ate and had to wash my hands.

There was conservatively 2 cups worth of sauce on my fries. I wanted fries and chicken with some sauce on it. Not a container of sauce with some chicken and fries in it. Mushy gloppy mess. The service was outstanding though, friendly and fast.

If you love the food truck in Ann Arbor, you’ll love the relatively new brick and mortar location in Canton. The food quality and taste is excellent like the food truck in Ann Arbor. I recommend the Blazin’ Chicken Tacos (Mild) and regular fries. Also try out the banana pudding as well.
