Extremely Disappointed – Long-Time Customer Lost
I visited 10-12 days ago, but had to write this review because the experience has been bothering me ever since.
I’ve been a regular at this location for years, visiting 5-6 times a month. I always order the same veggie rice bowl with extra chips and sour cream, and have never been charged extra for this.
After being away for 8-9 weeks, I was suddenly told I’d have to pay $2.00 each for the chips and sour cream – a $4 extra charge for items I’ve always received without issue. They also only added two tiny lines of sour cream initially.
What made this worse was observing how differently customers were treated. The manager and staff were warm and friendly to some customers, but dismissive and disrespectful toward us despite our polite demeanor. The contrast was impossible to ignore.
After years of loyalty, this arbitrary price change and unprofessional service is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. I deserve basic respect and consistency as a customer.

I’ve been going to this Qdoba for a while and I order the same thing every time. A taco salad with 3 items on the side. My last visit two weeks ago was exactly that..MY LAST VISIT!! The lady who usually cooks waited on me. Time to pay and she charges me $2.00 a piece for the items on the side (black beans, pico and cheese). I’m in there so often the male manager calls me “on the side lady”. The two other workers that have waited on me numerous times just stand there not saying a word and acting like they have no idea what’s happening. The salad was left on the counter and I asked for my money back. Sadly I purchased 3 gift cards for family. It’s unbelievable that these 2 other workers stood there and said nothing about my order. I’m going from a 3 a week visit to NO visits. I’m not going to be treated like that and I’m not going to allow this place to have my money anymore. I love the veg taco salad and now I will find a place that values me as a customer.

I had worst experience today with my family. Came to experience the food but was left with disappointment. I asked for simple hot Sauce to taste but the employee denied giving even a tiny bit amount of Sauce to taste on the side saying I need to pay $1 for it. Never ever had such arrogant experience any another food chain. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Took my friends to Qdoba for the first time, and the experience ended up being more disappointing than I can even put into words. We arrived at around 9:45 PM, fully expecting to be served since the store clearly states that it closes at 10 PM. Instead, we found the doors already locked well before the posted closing time. It was honestly embarrassing bringing people for their first visit just to be turned away like that.
On top of that, we drove out of our way to get there. That’s time and gas money wasted for nothing. If the store plans to close early, the least they can do is update their hours or put up a notice so customers don’t make the trip for no reason.
It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional to advertise one closing time and then shut down earlier without any warning. Customers plan their visits around the hours you display, and this felt disrespectful and inconsiderate.

Music upon entering was too loud, causing other diners to shout their conversations.
The building and workspace looked clean. Yet the only light (most of the light) was from the sun outside.
Some employees seemed to glare at me. Only one said hello; she looked like she was trying to be cheerful, but could tell she didn’t want to be there.
Many food topping choices. And it tasted good. If I want some quick food to go, I might make an advanced order next time.

Went in to grab a late dinner with my family around 9:00pm and the staff had already put half of the food away and said we couldn’t order specific items. The store closes at 10:00pm, not 9:00pm. On top of that they refused to make the items we wanted, they wouldn’t let us sit inside to eat, the POS system was down so they wanted us to order online (probably didn’t want to change the cash register), and the men’s bathroom was disgusting with urine everywhere. We decided not to eat there and requested a refund. I will be posting this review and pictures for the public to see so this location will lose business.

Yesterday I came over to QDOBA to pick my dinner, as I walked up I noticed the manager holding his nose with a towel. So apparently a few minutes before I came someone assaulted him and that explains why the doors were locked at an unusual time. From seeing some of the reviews of them closing early, I get why they closed. They should have posted somewhere that the store was closing early.
