This was our first time going here, and we absolutely will be back! The food was delicious and filling and I love the picture menu. The convenience store inside was a nice surprise too. We’re already planning to go back and get something new and try an ice cream bar.
Affordable prices are the cherry on top. The woman at the counter was so kind and patient with us newbies.

Since this is my son’s favorite snack shop, we had to visit while in town today. The cashier was precious- helpful and friendly. Other reviewers are right with 5 stars… we enjoyed our snack haul.

The Japanese store side is really cool! They have so many different snacks and desserts to choose from. The lady who runs the shop is super nice and welcoming. The bento boxes and onigiri are so good! I love stopping by when I’m in Five Points.

A nice hidden gem in Columbia! It’s similar to a Japanese convenience store with plenty of snack options. They also make Bentos, rice balls, and some really delicious simple sushi at a great price for a filling lunch/dinner. I love coming here and none of the food I’ve gotten has disappointed and the owner is such a sweetheart

Excellent, authentic Japanese food and excellent service. This is a pick up only restaurant, in case you didn’t know. They have a wonderful little Asian market and great to go food. Highly recommend!

The highly rated reviews are well deserved. The food is delicious, comes relatively quickly, and is authentic. I’ve been to Japan several times, this food is amazing and the price is phenomenal, I’ve driven past this place several times and now I regret it.

Great place to grab snacks or food. It’s been years since I’ve traveled to Japan and it was cool seeing drinks, snacks and ramen that I was eating in Japan. I ordered some food here it was great. I ordered the Gyu Don and Mackerel Bento. Average plate is $8 great price’s. I highly recommend this place. Prices for the snack might be a little elevated but they are legit snacks from Japan. Check this spot out!

Amazing place. Food is well-priced and tastes amazing. Do be aware that there aren’t places to sit, however (aside from a bench of two outside). Nevertheless, I have zero complaints. I’ve only ever been here once, but when I do swing around Five Points again, I will be sure to stop by.

Authentic Japanese in house Bento (boxed lunches) & authentic Japanese Konbini (convenience store) with fresh daily bentos lunches and dinners.
Pick up Japanese noodles, drinks, snacks and dessert treats as well.
There are 2 microwaves and an hot water dispenser for convenience store side dishes you may pick up in addition to your take out food. Our bento’s were made fresh and this was an absolute treat!
The tako yaki, katsudon, Amagari don, and Miso Saba bento were delicious! I lived in Japan for 11 years and this has to be one of the best if not the best Japanese mom and pop style convenience stores on the East Coast of the USA!
