The best fish fry in the valley in my opinion. And I’ve tried most places. Also, THE best service. We have had many different servers and have never had anything less than outstanding service. This place is the best!

A Hometown atmosphere. Everything from the staff to the food is excellent! Staff is always friendly, even though they have regulars like most bars do, they are kind and serve everyone with a smile! There are a lot of bars in this area, but Prime Time by far stands out from the rest. We have been going there for 5 years. Everyone makes you feel right at home and we have made some great friendships. The owners have become like a 2nd family to us. No other place in my opinion does more for the community or others like this place does, it truly is a part of it.

We have been here a couple times already in the last 3-4 months. Each time was busy but service was great. They come back to check 2-3 times during dinner so drink refills are there if you want them. Even the owner went around the room touching each table to check on service and food quality. How often do you see that anymore?! I got the deep-fried haddock (came with melted butter WITHOUT asking!) Very Good, lightly breaded and not overcooked. Wife got the perch and while the fillets are smaller you do get 3 butterflies I believe. Again, lightly breaded and very tasty. Our group of 4 all commented how good everything was. It’s a bit loud in there because it’s busy and because it’s popular. We could still talk between us 4 fairly well, which is important to me. They told us how long the wait was going to be and there were right on the money. (40 minutes with a packed crowd) It reminded us of how good service used to be before Covid!!! I would definitely recommend this place for food and drinks.

11/25/24 – Still good food and great service. However they allow vaping in the bar, even though it’s posted otherwise.

Our first time for a Friday fish fry at Prime Time. Overall experience was very satisfying, with great service. My only negative was the size of the Pearch, they were the smallest I have ever been served, otherwise everything was very good. Oh, and the old fashions were very good as well.

Ordered 2 Pappy Platters (seafood platters) and a haddock dinner. Food was amazing, my kids ate all of it…. And the Old Fashioneds were so good!!! Waitstaff was so sweet and attentive. Exactly the vibe you want for a Friday night Fish Fry. Would 10/10 recommend.

Hot flavorful fries…try all 3! Sweet potato fries with honey mustard, beer battered, or waffle fries. I never eat coleslaw or rye bread, but both of these were fresh and tasty!
Shared Walleye and haddock…both served hot, tender and juicy. I prefer real butter to dip the fish…but hey, can’t have it all.
Service was friendly, fun, personal and efficient. Atmosphere is eclectic, colorful and energetic. And not too loud for conversation.
I never write reviews, but just had to after this wonderful Friday night existence!! Can’t wait to return.

Very Happy with the new owners. Crowded everyone was decent. Service was great. Food was good. Good Onion Rings. Made me a fresh cherry coke…. Would recommend if you want a bar burger. Prime Time has wings and pizzas. Pool and darts. Along with slot machines.
