I love Jack but it seems like the only good ones are in San Diego. Went to this place for the first time since I moved to the area and honestly, not impressed. I asked for a three piece chicken tender and was given two. If I wanted nuggets I would order that. I payed thirty dollars just for this place to play in my face. DO BETTER

I ordered a breakfast platter eggs were old not fresh and the bacon and hash browns, sausage was rubbery I don’t care if it after 2pm it should still be fresh Heck my husband’s meal tasted alot better and fresher my dog’s enjoyed my breakfast.

It’s a decent spot but only thing I have an issue is the late night staff. I get off work late so I stop by often. Those ladies can be rude sometimes, feels like they rush me when I order or to have me drive all the way around if my order isn’t ready with a slight attitude. Might not come after tonight’s encounter.

Lady with strong spanish accent was incredibly rude. Gave attitude for no reason and mumbled things under her breath when we asked for clarification about a coupon. “I’m not gonna cry over 1 dollar”. Lady needs to get a grip and work on her customer service. I worked for jacks for 4 years and never have treated a customer this poorly. She rushed us and didn’t give us a receipt and then proceeds to ask us if we had a receipt the second time we came back. Never would recommend this location to ANYONE.

i always go to this particular jack in the box because i always get my tiny tacos and mini churros made perfectly. Nicole is usually the cashier when I come through and she is beyond amazing! Definitely deserves a raise or something. She always makes sure my order is right and has the best customer service. probably wouldn’t go if not for her honestly.
