I just placed an order this morning. I asked for no cheese on my sandwich. When I got home and opened my meal there was only cheese and bacon. They did not give me an egg. It wasn’t busy so there shouldn’t have been a reason my order was made wrong. This is not a great experience.

This is the WORST Dunkin I’ve been to pure incompetence. I paid for a large hot chocolate and less than 2/3 of the cup was full this isn’t the first time either. Employees are rude and barely speak english. Hire better people especially since your customers are PAYING for a service!!

I’m very disappointed in this Dunkin Donuts. I visited this location on Sunday February 27th to purchase 2 Sausage, egg and cheese wake up wraps, along with snackin bacon and iced salted carmel coffee. Only to find 1 long strand of black hair in one of my wake up wrap. This is nasty and the fact that it was place in the bag and not see the hair is the worst.

I normally order $6 meal and get egg and cheese sandwich. I have been getting it forever with no issues. Yesterday, I ordered the same thing. When I reached to the pick-up window, the lady tells me that it will be full price. The $6 meal comes with egg cheese and bacon and because I ordered just egg and cheese, it will be full price. Also, she was handing me a small coffee, not the medium which comes with $6 meal. A complete rip-off. I tried to call them today. My call went into voice mail and their voice mail is full.

I needed 15 gift cards and went to the drive through. She asked me in the politest manner to come inside so nothing got mixed up. I agreed and she was efficient and polite. This was a great experience as the spot I was at before this was so unpleasant. I will be getting all my dunkin needs from this spot.

This morning Munchkins were ordered on the app for my granddaughters birthday tomorrow for her classmates AT THIS STORE. My son was told we don’t have munchkins. He wouldn’t even reimburse my son and said do it on the app and YOU CAN’T! WE WILL NEVER GO TO A DUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN! I HOPE YOU STORE GETS CLOSED SOON! Would give a 0 for this location. They never have anything!
