Amazing food My favorite was the brisket and baby back ribs So juicy and tender. The baked beans were delicious. They give you fried pork rinds in a bread basket when you arrive to snack on while you wait. They are amazingly good our server was friendly and attentive.

I’m so sad writing this because I was really looking forward to this and had high hopes. Came in today at lunch time. Paid $60 for 2. I got the rib lunch and one of my stack of ribs was ice cold, literally felt refrigerated was so cold. They tasted good, just cold. Mac & cheese was extremely dry and old. Seemed like it was warmed up and honestly gross. Baked beans were very good though. Really disappointed with the cold ribs and dry mac & cheese. Husband got the chicken dinner and his green beans are literally hard/crunchy. He said flavor was there but they weren’t all the way cooked. Best part for him was the garlic bread. ☹️

Definitely the best BBQ in Citrus County. It truly is worth the visit. My husband enjoys the smoked sliced pork loin, and turkey, but seriously the Mega Rack of Ribs is what he really goes for. You get about 14 good sized ribs that are so meaty and full of flavor. You have got to give them a try. His side of choice are green beans with bacon.
I’ve enjoyed the Brisket & Turkey with the Collared Greens which are cooked with turkey, and they are the best. We can’t fault anything, and have been on several occasions. Everything is always delicious.
I also highly recommend the Prime Rib. Tender, juicy and full of flavor. We give them 10/10 for food, quality, service and the relaxing, friendly atmosphere.
Give the restaurant a try, you won’t regret it.

Had lunch here with some family. The pork was amazing and we all really enjoyed our meals. Mac and cheese improved 100% too!
Ordered through Grub Hub delivery since I’ve been there before in person and food was really good in the past. Don’t waste your money on the mac and cheese though. It’s some low budget boxed stuff made without cheese or love. Basically boiled noodles they charge you $11 for a big cup container. Plenty of other BBQ places in Citrus County that you pay the same price and get higher quality food.

Very small town BBQ feeling! Food was pretty good. I especially liked the turkey. Didn’t really care for the Mac or green beans. I’d still go back for proteins. Nice wood work in the restaurant.

Everything was great. The brisket was a little less juicy than I like it, but a variety of sauces helped to make up for that. Coleslaw was very good and garlic toast was amazing. Friendly atmosphere and attentive service.

The complimentary pork skins are fresh and cooked in-house…the bomb! Coming from a Florida-native and Southern girl, we know about these things.
I had the half chicken with collard greens and coleslaw. Mama had the pulled pork with loaded baked potato and southern green beans.
Mama said her food was very good and her sweet tea was as well. Now mama knows about sweet tea (Alabama sweet tea is super sweet). The smokiness was light and not overwhelming. I could still taste the chicken and seasonings. Moist and delish! Pulled pork was tender and flavorful! The collards were pretty good, a little on the salty side for my taste. Green beans were fresh, definitely not out of a can. I was a little iffy on the coleslaw, it was different. There were 6 different bbq sauces on the table, 4 homemade and 2 well known brands. I liked the Smokehouse Jack and the Carolina. Also got an order to go of baby back ribs for my son. Plenty of food trust me. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault!
Server was very friendly and helpful. Not a soul when we walked in at 4, but very busy by the time we left. We will be back! They got some soul food going on up in here!!

0/10. If you want days old food. This is your place! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this BBQ place was a huge disappointment. The food tasted old, and the meat had a rubbery texture that made it impossible to eat. The chicken was so over-seasoned with pepper that it completely overwhelmed any flavor it might have had. Honestly, everything we ordered was basically inedible.
To make matters worse, the owner refused to do anything about it when we brought the issues to their attention. No apology, no replacement—nothing. For a place that’s supposed to pride itself on good BBQ, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. I definitely won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
