Service was ok, but the food was horrible! I went through the drive thru at 630pm and was told they didn’t have shrimp, and the only tenders they had were spicy. I ordered a 3 piece spicy tender meal with Mac n cheese and 6 biscuits. The biscuits were cold and hard. The Mac n cheese looked like it had been out for hours. The inside of the chicken looked pink. I cut it in half and mircrowaved it and sure enough it turned white, clearly it wasn’t cooked enough when given to me.

I preface this review with two statements, the first being that I LOVE Popeyes. It’s my favorite fast food when only considering the food. And secondly, I rarely leave reviews (only when the service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad). This one was, unfortunately, the latter.
We arrived and the first several employees were very welcoming and friendly, checking to see if we were ready to order. We had a very simple order. 2 chicken tender meals and a chicken sandwich. One of the first employees politely came to find us to let us know the tenders were getting made fresh and would take 5-6 minutes. No problem.
25 minutes later, we approached the counter to let a different employee know we hadn’t received our order yet. She asked for our number, which we told her we didn’t have because the employee who took our order didn’t give us our receipt. She recalled several receipts until she found ours, scraped up the last few tenders in the tray into boxes, then told us it would be several more minutes for the filet for the sandwich. 5+ minutes later, they finally threw together the sandwich. The last employee tossed it in a bag, tossed the bag on the counter, and called out a number (which we told her several minutes ago that we didnt have) without any eye contact, apology for the wait, or offer to throw something extra in to compensate for the half hour we lost. We had to look through the bag to make sure it was ours and not the next customer, who’d been waiting nearly as long.
Dine in became take out, and while the chicken sandwich was good, the tenders were TINY and like jerky. They were obviously the left behind remnants that should not have been boxed as anything on the menu.
All this, and besides ourselves, there were only 3 other customers in restaurant and 1 in the drive thru. Only 1 other customer was served in that 30 minutes.
Should have read reviews. Could have avoided their apparently terrible reputation. Lesson learned.

Truly embarrassing excuse for service.
I pulled up to Popeyes with not a single human being in line—a ghost town—and somehow these geniuses still managed to give me half my order. Not “miscounted.” Not “accidentally swapped.” Just flat-out didn’t put it in the bag. You’d think with absolutely nothing else happening, they might spare three brain cells to check the order. Apparently that was too ambitious.
It’s almost impressive how little effort was put in. No rush, no crowd… and still wrong. It’s like they were actively trying to see how low the bar could go.
I paid full price for half a meal, and that pretty much sums up the energy here: take your money, hand you scraps, and stare blankly like you should be grateful. If this is how they operate when there’s no one around, I can’t imagine what kind of disaster they produce when two or three customers exist at once.
Save yourself the irritation. This location couldn’t get a lunch order right if it was one item and written in crayon.

We had to wait for our order to be taken and it was not busy only 3 orders while we were there. There was a guy waiting in drive thru area on his food before we ordered. We got our food before him and the other 3 orders did as well(they had tenders). The guy came in and asked about his food since he had been waiting for 56 mins. Cashier even looked at his receipt(he order tenders as well). They blamed it on being busy but wasnt at time. They had to cook tenders but gave to people inside that ordered after him before they gave to him.

Admittedly, this was in the summer, but had another bad experience, so no longer giving the benefit of the doubt. A girl with long brown hair, was running front counter. I saw her use her bare hands to pick up stray fries and put them back in the fry bin. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, feel free to check, but with this place and location, people’s health is at risk. All of the sodas were out, ok, not a big deal. However, the girl said there was no regular chicken available, only spicy and refused to make more chicken. I love spicy, but my daughter doesn’t. I was trying to be understanding, and said ok, give me what you have. The chicken was raw. I paid $30 for raw chicken,
Fingered fries and no soda/drink options. The wait was so very slow which I don’t mind, until there are health code violations. Tried this place a few times, while visiting six flags and thought it would be better/cheaper than eating in the park. I learned my lesson.

Service was terrible. Coming home from the hospital and stopped for food. Workers were rude and acted put out to have to stop what they were doing to take our order through the drive through. Major attitudes. It was late and we were the only people there ordering. Do I understand it may not be the best job or the most fun job in the world… yes… but don’t work in food service if you’re going to act put out to do the job you signed up for. It costs zero dollars to be kind and to do your job properly. Also dress code? Stomach hanging out of shirts and house shoes… disappointed to say the least.

Absolutely horrible. Sat at the ordering spot in the drive thru for 15 minutes, no cars in front of us, maybe 1 or 2 cars that had already ordered at the pick up window. We order, pull around and there is now nobody at the pick up window/ we get our drinks and then are told to pull forward…even though there is NOBODY ELSE IN THE DRIVE THRU! Our order was 2 chicken sandwich meals. Been in the drive thru for 40 minutes.

I love Popeyes and was so glad to hear when we got one in Eureka, but I am continuously disappointed by the service I receive at the drive-through. Wait times for someone to come on the drive thru speaker are usually ridiculous and the wait time for food once pulling up to the window is less than desirable. Most of the reason I come to Popeyes for the red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and gravy. Today I ordered a large container of red beans and rice and mashed potatoes with gravy. Once I got home, I saw that I only had half a container full of the red beans and rice and not a completely full container of mashed potatoes and gravy. I am not one to complain, but this is not the first time this has happened here. I tried to call the manager rather than write this review, but no one would answer the phone.

We havent gotten our food yet, so I’ll leave that blank but im already upset. Sat at the speaker for 5+ mins, with car full of screaming kids, so I know whoever was taking order heard. No one told us to wait or anything, still giving the benefit of the doubt.. we had a pick up order so we chose to drive around to just go in- the girl who is running window is on her phone texting. There was another car that was waiting too- if its anything like the food places ive worked, theyre just running that timer up with no care in the world right now. My husband went in and had to wait for someone to come to the counter, was greeted with “what do you want” no hello or anything. Severely disappointed, just hoping the love goes into the food because it sure isnt in the service

We use to eat here a lot. The first visit in over a year. They were out of frys. Just said they were out, not we’ll have some soon. The chicken pieces have shrunk, a lot! Cornish hen size. Biscuits are still awesome. Was $30 for 8 small pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, a half full container of coleslaw… Won’t be back soon.
